房間乾淨整潔。老闆老闆娘人很細心也很熱情，會挨個通知所有房客明天的遊船的訊息，還會和房客一起喝喝福鼎白茶聊聊天，島上的飯店哪家實惠也可以問問老闆，以後再去嵛山島還預訂這家。

房間和圖片大體一致，所見即所得，衞生做得很好，強迫症老闆遇上強迫症遊客，等於強迫症福音哈哈哈。
老闆自己家的房子，維護得很好，上樓統一換成拖鞋，樓道很乾凈一塵不染，老闆娘也很熱情樸實。服務態度滿分。
唯一想要提建議的地方是，希望浴室可以用防水條與防水簾做成乾濕分離，這樣就不會弄得到處都是水了，因為浴室瓷磚有點滑，濕了以後洗漱的時候兩次差點摔倒，為了安全起見，希望能夠改善這一點，其他都很好，很好的入住體驗。
對了，還有一個小建議，浴室的毛巾都是老闆娘自己洗自己曬的，這點很好，有陽光的味道，但同時由於是在海邊，海風吹後會有一點鹹鹹的味道，對於嗅覺比較敏感與有強迫症的人來説會比較介意，希望老闆可以提供一些一次性毛巾，再次好評！！
