Hotel Fuji

It is a traditional hot spring hotel. We stayed in the old wing this time. I heard that one side is newly renovated. The old wing really has its age and the rooms have a bit of a smell. In mid-February, we made a reservation for the family bath on the 5th floor, but the floor was damaged and had not been repaired. It was dangerous for children to pass by. The front desk had limited English and could not fully communicate. There are not many tourists, and overall I am very satisfied.

The room was spacious and the food was delicious! There is also a playground where you can play table tennis and putter golf. The private open-air bath was also spacious and nice ♨️ I definitely want to go again!

夕食のバイキングが品数が多くとても楽しい。 山梨がつまった鍋もバイキングでとれる。 露天も快適だった。夏場にはプールも利用できるようだ。 行ってはいないが野外サウナもある。

バイキングが評判の宿。品数が豊富という評価だったが想像以上だった。鍋だけで10種類あるので完全制覇は絶対無理。B級グルメを制した鳥もつ煮の材料をベースにした山梨鍋を選択。その他、一工夫された小鉢が多い。フルーツ王国山梨県なので果物は美味しかった。

昨年に引き続き今年もお邪魔しました。 口コミを見るとバイキングの補充がなくて食べるものがなかったということでしたが、私が行った時は平日だったからか食べられるものはたくさんありました。 昨年と違ったところはその場で握ってくれるおにぎりがありました。 フルーツは盛り合わせしかなかったので、好きなフルーツを好きなだけ取れると嬉しいなと思いました。 スタッフの方々はどの方もにこやかで、楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。 温泉もとても気持ちが良く、何度も入って楽しめました。 また来たいと思いました。

家族がこちらのバイキングをみていきたいと話していましたので利用しました。 確かにバイキングは豪華でした。美味しいし、珍しい料理もあったりしました。 ただ取りにくい印象が強いです。自分で取り分けるものより、個別に盛りつけられたお皿を取っていく事が多いのですが、なぜか取りにくい。私だけでしょうか？？ 頼んでから用意してくれる、ステーキ・ハンバーグ、天ぷら、お寿司も美味しかった！ 朝ごはんのパン、オムレツは美味しくいただきましたが、お一人の年配のスタッフのかたがパンとオムレツ、目玉焼き、アジフライをこなしておられ、その動き、目配りに驚きました。すてき。 貸切露天風呂も利用したのですが、なかなかゆったりと利用でき、とてもよいお風呂でした。大浴場も広々としていて、洗い場も多く、よかったです。 プールも営業していたのですが、我が家は利用せず。皆さん楽しそうに過ごしていました。 お部屋もきちんと清掃が行き届いていて、古い感じはありましたが、気持ちよく過ごせました。 一つ残念だったのは、カフェでソフトクリームをお願いしたのですが、年配の方が、新人の方に「ソフトクリームだってさ」と指示をだしていた事です。スタッフ同士で楽しく談笑されていたところに声をかけてしまったからかもしれませんが、年配の方は私たちの方に向き直ることもなく、新人の方に声をかけていました。何となく気になってしまいました。 朝には果物やアクセサリーが朝市としてやっています。 大きな桃があり、お土産にさせていただきました。 また天然石のアクセサリーは丁寧な造りで、お店の方も丁寧に説明してくださいました。そして良い品物ばかり。他で同じようなものを買ってしまったのを後悔しました。

Hotel facing Mount Fuji. Very large room with traditional Japanese bedding, night's sleep a little difficult because I'm not used to it. Otherwise very good hotel with possibility of traditional bathing very late in the evening. The dinner was royal with refined cuisine. Excellent breakfast. Bad luck the sky was overcast in the morning we didn't see Mount Fuji.

The building is a little old, but it was the right choice based on the hot springs and food. There are two large baths in the hot springs, and the Shingen bath in particular is so large that you have never experienced a rock bath like this, and there is also a separate open-air bath. Male and female hours are alternated. The water is warm and relaxing. The food is usually a buffet for both dinner and lunch, but the content is a high-end buffet with creative ideas. Steak, tempura, and sushi are cooked to order and served hot. If a popular dish runs out, it will be replenished as soon as possible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The general guest room of Bettei Biho is spacious enough with 10 tatami mats and wide veranda. However, it is lively from the open-air bath in the middle of the night.

We stayed in the special room Horai. As a family of four with children, the hotel staff was very accommodating. The dinner buffet was also very delicious and satisfying.
