Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, location is amazing with beach nearby, a supermarket on the corner and just a short walk into the centre of Fuengirola where there is a vast array of high standard bars & restaurants.

O hotel é bem localizado e anda-se pouco para se chegar a praia, além de ter opções próximas de supermercado, pastelaria e restaurantes. Recepção, dou parabéns a Mirabel, sempre simpática e disponível a ajudar. Quanto a limpeza, achamos péssima!!! Chegamos depois das 16h e precisamos pedir para limparem o apto novamente pois tinha um cheiro desagradável e quase não conseguíamos ficar dentro. Essa limpeza só foi realizada no dia seguinte. De qualquer forma, nos dias que se seguiram a limpeza continuava muito a desejar. A impressão que tenho, que entravam tiravam o lixo, trocavam as toalhas e só. Tivemos um grande incomodo também em relação ao nosso box, a água não escoava. Por diversas vezes falamos na recepção sobre isso, até que nos disseram que era a caída da água que demorava a escoar. Não é verdade, notava-se nitidamente que o box estava totalmente entupido, passamos os 6 dias tomando banho em um box que parecia piscina de criança e o pior que se eu não o varresse antes do banho, parecia que estava na beira do mar, visto o tanto de areia que tinha na chão. Enfim, tenho um elogio, a geladeira gelava muito bem!!!

Nice spacious hotel. However, room was disappointing. Towels were dirty with makeup stains. Utensils were also dirty - forks had dried food encrusted on them. No bowls (only plates) so bowl of cereal was impossible. No washing up items available. Just the basics we would have expected were not provided.

Ficámos alojados no 9.andar ou seja, mesmo abaixo do bar que existe no terraço. O ruído é de tal forma que, penso, em nenhum dia dos 7 que estivemos no Veramar conseguimos adormecer antes das 2 da manhã. A piscina é um “território sem lei”. Não há cumprimento de quaisquer regras (saltos para a água, bóias na água enfim, uma completa anarquia) e pior, não há ninguém a vigiar. A sala do pequeno almoço não tem quaisquer saídas de emergência nem qualquer sinalética. Por fim, a limpeza diária é deplorável e é limitada à mera troca de toalhas. A areia que já se encontrava no chão do quarto (quando chegámos) lá ficou ao fim de 7 dias. A pior experiência que tive até hoje!

Experiencia malísima desde la insonorizacion del estudio teniendo que llamar la atención varias noches a las habitaciones contiguas,asi como la situación de la piscina con todas las hamacas reservadas desde que habrían con la gente corriendo para poner la toalla encima, el zumo aguatxirri poco variedad de embutido los huevos fritos estaban cocidos, en fin una mala experiencia por salvar algo diría que en general todos los empleados se portaron de 10 Un saludo

The pool was great, the staff was friendly and helped when help was needed. Room was cleaned a few times and clean sheets and towels given. Great stay.
