I personally didn’t like the reddish stained floor which matches the furniture, but it’s typical of local style. The hot springs are lovely, and not super busy, fruit and savoury snacks provided in the chill out area. The pool is suitable for both kids and adults as it has lots of stream jets. Breakfast was standard. Hotel staff were pleasant and a couple can communicate in basic English. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Overall a lovely and relaxing one night stay.

The special forces picked up the car in Xi'an and went straight to Famen Temple. They checked into the hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk that helped me check in was normal. The attitude of the front desk on duty at night was very poor. I called and said that the air conditioner did not heat up. She went back to the switchboard and didn’t open it. After half an hour, she called again. I was very impatient to say that the host was broken. I was looking for someone to repair it. Anyway, I didn’t repair it all night. I suspect that she didn’t find someone to open the host at all.
