Had a really great time staying here with friends. Very close to Lake Kawaguchi with a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji, if weather is ok, from Oo-Ishi Park. Some quaint cafes and restaurants are located within the park. The accommodation also has some kitchen utensils which are very convenient if you are planning to cook for dinner or breakfast. Would definitely book this cottage again if I am planning to stay again in the area with friends.

This was my third year in a row staying here, and as always, I had a comfortable stay.
The building itself was very clean, and the cleaning was done very well.
The amenities were well-equipped, with paper towels in the bathroom and toilet, and disposable face towels, and of course, there was a full stock of tableware.
This time I wanted to cook hot pot, so I asked about it, and naturally they rented a pot and stove for me!
This is a wonderful vacation home with absolutely no complaints!!
I will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful holiday home. New and fresh, photos don’t do it justice. Lots of space, bedrooms are upstairs - 2 bedrooms each with 4 single beds so could accommodate a large group.
Few minutes walk to the lake with fabulous views of Mt Fuji and close to Oishi park. You can see Mt Fuji from the holiday house and it had a little deck (but no table/chairs). Really quiet area.
No washer/dryer which was the only negative. House is managed by the shop across the road which is where you check in so you can walk over there if you need anything. So if you don’t have any communication from them beforehand, just go to the shop.
Loved this place. Perfect for family wanting space and quiet. Best to have a rental car, which I would suggest for the general area anyway as there is lots to see and do away from the tourist areas.

The whole building has a large space, and you can see Mount Fuji from the balcony. When you check in, you have to go to the convenience store opposite to get the keys. The parking lot in front of the house is not asphalt, and it will be muddy when it rains. The hot water is boiler-type, not instant. It's available right after opening, but you need to study and wait for a while before it can be used normally. This is also explained in the check-in instructions.
