服務，太讚了，前台非常聰明，第二天我想去音樂之森美術館，但我衹記得那邊有個711，想讓酒店幫忙叫出租車載我去711，前台幫忙安排了擺渡車直接送到美術館，這讓我非常欣喜。非常感謝！

Superb hotel. Amazing views of Mt Fuji from the room terrace, bathtub and public areas including the onsen. Dinner was sumptuous with very efficient and attentive service. Staff were all very nice. Shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station every hour and was convenient way of getting into town and back. Lots of freebies and nice tea and coffee sets. Good public onsen. Private onsens available too 24hrs and were mostly free when I visited.

The hotel is good overall, the rooms are large, and there is no need to make a reservation for the private bath, but the French dinner... Although the presentation is exquisite, the taste is average. It would be better if the hotel could switch to a Japanese kaiseki dinner. I hope the hotel can consider it.

Dinner is a set meal. You can choose between beef and chicken for the main meal. The meal is a Western-style dish cooked with wine and butter. The restaurant has late-night ramen, and you can drink local wine. After making soup, there is Yakult/Yakult in the morning. In the evening it’s popsicles. Overall, it was a very rich experience. I was lucky enough to see Mount Fuji without clouds at around 7-8 o'clock. It will definitely be more beautiful next time I come back in winter.
