DISGUSTING!!! - Long day of driving and the only other hotel in the area cancelled on us. We would have drove to the next town, but were exhausted. The only pro to this hotel was the nice girl who checked us in. This hotel needs to be shut down, renovated and ran by new management along with a new cleaning crew. When I made the reservation with the manager he went on and on about COVID cleanliness etc. Upon entering the facility all you could see was filth! Our room had half a** paint all over, broken toilet with feces all over it. tub was chipped and hair all over curtain, floors had filth all over them, crusted bed covers etc! There were only a couple rooms left and my husband and I were exhausted and did not want to hassle with changing rooms or having them come up to clean at 9:30 at night. I had to get my own covers and pillows out of my car to sleep on. Shower was so disgusting that I would not even shower in it. We slept and got up at the crack of dawn and left. It is sad that Days Inn Upper Mgmt has not done something about this hotel as I will never stay at another Days Inn again because of my experience.

Beautiful hotel close to restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable bed, super clean, very friendly staff, allowed us an early checkin and were understanding when we needed to extend checkout 15 -20 minutes, My nephews enjoyed the pool!

The experience of staying in any hotel should be a good, if not great, one. The most important things for me are a clean comfortable room-Period. I stayed here during the busy season and I was more than satisfied with the accommodations. There were a couple of things that the housekeepers vacuum didn’t pick up-and that isn’t a deal breaker. Folks who can’t put up with a little bit of noise(kids being too rambunctious, traffic outside etc,) should probably stay in an full house rental-because it’s to be expected to hear a little something in a hotel. Because they (Any noise makers) will be going to bed. My room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I’ll be staying here again.
