I loved the people who worked there. Especially Jolanda, she was very helpfull. Also the breakfast was allright. If you dont eat pork then you will eat the same things. It would be better if they also provide chicken or something else. The only thing that dissapointed us was the room. The floor in the hallway was dirty. The room was dusty. We asked for another one but i think its dusty because of the floor. They clean your room every day, but the pillow sheets nor the bead werent always clean. The curtains were also dusty. The hotel is on a good location in Funchal. We had a nice stay, just the dusty was not so nice. It had a smell because of the dustyness.

Destacamos a simpatia e o empenho para a satisfação das nossas solicitações da recepcionista, a Sra. Iolanda. Um grande bem haja para ela. As alcatifas deste Hotel estão vergonhosas, bastante gastas com muitas nódoas e manchas, quer as dos quartos quer as dos corredores. Esta situação não se coaduna com um Hotel de 4 estrelas.

Ottimo e nuovo hotel bel centro di Funchal con tutti i servizi disponibili. In loco e’ possibile utilizzare la piscina mentre ad esempio per spa e palestra e’ possibile utilizzare quello dell’hotel a fianco. Camere molto spaziose e pulite e personale molto gentile. Consigliato!

Can’t say enough good about this hotel- the room was great, view was great, everything kept clean and tidy. The staff are really helpful and very polite and accommodating. Absolutely would stay again if heading back to Funchal. Special thanks the Helena, she is extremely professional and as helpful as one could wish for!

Great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The place was very clean. It was great having access to all of the facilities of the park hotel next door. Location was perfect, closer to the “old town” Funchal than most of the hotels, about a 20 min walk to the center, but great area near a lot. Overall I felt very safe, only thing to note is that there is no one at the front desk between midnight and 7am, but you will need your key card to get into the building between those hours. Also, the locks on the door of the room did not have the “latch type” lock. It was locked by the normal card access lock and a dead bolt, but in a hotel I like having that latch on the door to feel safer. Would recommend and stay again!
