Our stay at the Cerca Design Hotel has exceeded all expectations. There is great sympathy and efficiency in a super friendly and familiar environment. The meals are of great quality and variety. The facilities are very beautiful and nothing is missing. The price/quality ratio is excellent. It is quite clear to repeat!

The stay in this 5-star hotel has disappointed us overall, although some of the staff have been sympathetic. The pool is advertised as a SPA, but only a small tank with some jacks (one of them inoperative) and two bubble beds, in a space manifestly inadequate to the hotel's capacity. We are also strange that we have to be the customer to connect the sauna. The hotel is a 5-star hotel, which is a quiet and quiet room. Negative, little room for dressing in the box, lack of a desk and chair, empty refrigerator and lack of a chair, although there was a coffee machine. The bathroom also of good size, sinning, however, with the absence of a dressing box and towels that should be heated for drying towels and even complaining, remained off during our stay. If you also stress and negatively, the time limit for the cafeteria, i.e., if you want a snack, you can only ask up to 19H00. The hotel is beautiful, has an outdoor area that will be pleasant in summer, but overall it is too expensive for what it offers.
