This is a hotel I want to come back to for a second time! This hotel is newer and has better facilities than the other hotel in Erdaobaihe. The staff inside are very warm and considerate! The young lady at the front desk, Jin Hui, also helped us plan our travel itinerary! The planned itinerary is super rich! This time, I stayed at the MGallery Hotel Changbaishan, and I fully experienced what warm service is like. The hotel will ask you for your flight number in advance. After landing in Changbaishan, the driver was already waiting to pick you up. After arriving at the front desk, the receptionist Owen upgraded the room because it was not fully booked today. In the afternoon, the restaurant called to ask about dietary restrictions, and called to remind us to go downstairs for dinner before dinner. The food was also very delicate and delicious. My family had a wonderful experience staying at Jin Suites. The location is great because our room is just across the Wanda Ski Center. McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut are right below our room. Hotel service was great, especially front desk Vito Fan who met our requests in a heartbeat. The living room with two adjoining bedrooms provided more space, especially to store our ski gear. Minimart at the lobby area was convenient too! Will book this hotel again when we visit Changbaishan in the future.
