Been to many places, their front desk service staff has the best services. Especially for Wenwen, Anna and Xiaocui, best service most helpful ever.

2 Restaurants are closed. No door man / greeting upon arrival. Property feels cold. Room size was good, plush bed. Nice bathroom. Shower needs a solid cleaning.. grouting is black. Breakfast was ok, decent Chinese variety and somewestern dishes, the hostess was the only staff member who greeted me during my stay.Around 8:00am a suited make manager walked in, looked around and helped himself to breakfast. Apparently he is in charge of the Restaurant.. could not observe him interacting with any guests.. Overall no value for money .. will probably choose an alternative next time

Good location (near Airport and Changbaishan West Ticket Center), clean room, and good facilities (heated swimming pool, gym, table tennis, pool table). The staff/manager Fly Liu is very attentive and provided excellent service and generous upgrade for our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

The stay was lovely, the staff kept me informed about the status of the mountain opening, and were very helpful organising taxis, transfers etc. A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, I recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Amazing hotel but a bit expensive for what is was..it think next time i might stay somewhere else a little bit more affordable overall amazing experience though

Nice hotel located in a quite place, surrounded by a forest, 20 minutes away from the airport. The service is superb, both Chinese and English speaking. The room was a huge one, modern and clean. Though the VIP lounge was closed, all other amenities are great. The hotel provides a complimentary transfer to West Slope ticket office and to the airport. We were also granted the late check out for free as our airplane departure was late in the evening. A real 5 star hotel experience

Wonderful ! 2nd time in Changbaishan, west area, 2nd time stayed in Pullman Resort. This is a gem of a place: - amazing location (close to the airport, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan, surrounded by nature, super quiet); - super friendly staff (they really go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible); - free airport shuttle service; - amazing food (dinners, delicious and varied breakfast) - awesome amenities: indoor swimming pool, ping-pong, snooker, gym, majong, SPA, deer you can interact with, etc. - they also had a healthcare team to go to the hotel, every 3 days in the morning to make the necessary covid tests. All in all, a magnificent experience. To go back if have the chance to go to Changbaishan again.

Firstly , the location is great and easy to get there . Secondly , the staffs of the the Hotel are very polite and helpful from the front to the kitchen” everyone is very welcoming . Thirdly, the rooms very clean and refreshing. It’s worth the cost . An also the surroundings are beautiful 😍 fresh air , no disturbances etc… I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely a resort I will wanna come stay again .

The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm. Things I specially liked: - Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China. - Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap. - There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor. - I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport. We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm. I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.

The hotel service is very good, especially Ms. Zhao at the front desk when checking in. It is very convenient to add WeChat if you have any questions you don’t understand. The sika deer is also very cute. Hahaha, you can touch and hold it as you like.

We chose Pullman Hotel when we came to Changbai Mountain. The lady at the front desk upgraded our room. The room is very private and quiet. We booked a package and got ski tickets, hot spring tickets, and dinner for two. There are two sika deer in the hotel. The auntie at dinner and breakfast is also very nice. Overall, it's very good.

It was my first time to visit Changbai Mountain. Among all the resort hotels, I chose Pullman, which was more cost-effective. The experience was excellent! Both the hardware facilities and software are in line with the quality of a five-star resort, especially the food, which is very local and shows the effort! Thanks to the concierge Lin He, the manager Liu Yunfei, and the driver Zhang Zhenlei, who made us feel the hospitality of the Northeast people 😀

I struggled for a long time to choose a hotel when I came to Changbai Mountain this time. I looked at Wanda, Luneng and other hotels. Later, a blogger on ** recommended Pullman. I read the comments that this hotel is a bit remote. After checking in and playing for a few days, I felt that it was within the normal range. I personally don’t think it’s very remote. It’s also very convenient to call a taxi. It only takes about 10 minutes to go to the town for dinner. It’s not far to the ski resort and Hallasan Hot Spring. It takes this much time to go out in the city. I personally can accept it. The buffet dinner is also good and tastes very good. I am very satisfied with my stay for about 2 days. The hotel also has deer to play with, but the service of the western restaurant in your hotel should keep up. I was very satisfied. In a word, I don’t know if the hotel is trying to save costs or what. First of all, the price of the hotel is here. I had a buffet dinner on the first day, and the waiter gave me and My friend ordered two hot pot bases with different flavors, and we went to have a buffet dinner the next day. The waiter said that my friend and I could only share one pot. Later I asked the waiter why we could have two pots on the first day but not on the second day. He said that it was their restaurant leader who said so, and asked me to go to the leader. If the leader said it was okay, then it was okay. I was speechless at the time. In fact, I didn’t even think about having hot pot the next day. It’s just that I hadn’t said whether I wanted a pot or not, but they told me directly that you can only use one pot... What? The leader on the first day is not the same person as the leader on the second day? I think the hotel can only survive if it provides good service. Customers are the hotel’s bread and butter. Those so-called leaders should stop doing these things all day long. Improving themselves and improving their service is more important than anything else. Are they just thinking about saving costs for the hotel and flattering the leaders?
