Good location for ski lovers

Amazing place. Located right in the middle of the skiing park. Easily get your rentals directly in the resort and direct access to the park.

Very good location, clean room, warm service. Will come back again.

Payment infrastructure a nightmare. Visa card wouldn’t work in their machine. Had to withdraw cash from neighbour hotel. Trip.com took full amount as guarantee and held for 20 days! Payment system resulted in very stressful encounter. Beware!

Every thing is good

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

Great place if you go to ski!

The first choice hotel for skiing in Changbai Mountain Wanda, it is very close to Changbai Mountain Airport, with convenient transportation and skiing. The hotel has a service center directly connected to the ski resort. After skiing, you can also soak in the hotel's own hot springs, which is very comfortable. The dining is also good, whether it is breakfast or Chinese restaurant, the variety is rich and the taste is good!

The room is good overall, with complete facilities. Although it has been open for a long time, the facilities will have different degrees of wear and tear, but it does not affect the use. The hotel's restaurant is very good. I went to different restaurants in the hotel during this stay. Overall, the taste and service are very good, which can be said to be beyond expectations. Especially the restaurant where we had a small hot pot for dinner. The handmade dumplings were particularly delicious. It was a pity that it was random that day. I only ate it once in five days of stay, which was a bit of a pity. The waiters in the restaurant were also very good. Because I like coriander very much, the restaurant did not prepare coriander one night. Because I asked, the kitchen was very enthusiastic and washed a large plate for me. I really thank the hotel service staff for their warm hospitality!

It was a trip that completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities and services are completely worth the price. The room is also equipped with a humidifier, so I don't have to worry about the dryness in the room. The upgraded snow view room has a snow view when you open the balcony window. It's great to watch the snow view up close without making any noise. Finally, I like Cindy's thoughtful service and good itinerary arrangement.

Helped me find the lost headphones quickly! The overall hardware of the hotel is good, the location is good, it is very close to the ski resort, and you can ski when you go out. It is very convenient to walk a few steps to the commercial street from the back door. The hotel also has its own ski house, where you can rent equipment directly, and there are free ski rentals It also has its own hot spring swimming pool. The breakfast is quite rich, the rooms are spacious and bright, and you can see the snow scenery on the balcony The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are okay, but the service of the staff is a little lacking, and there are many mosquitoes in the toilet... Overall, it is pretty good in the resort, and it is still highly recommended!

This time I came to Changbai Mountain to learn skiing. I stayed at both Park Hyatt and Hyatt. I strongly recommend Hyatt. The location of Hyatt is more advantageous than Park Hyatt. There is a commercial street at the back door, and the lobby is more spacious and full of sunshine. At first I thought that the hotel ten years ago would be very old and I was a little hesitant. This time, thanks to Sherry, the front desk clerk at Hyatt Hotel, because I am a hotel lover and have high requirements for hotel rooms. Sherry did not find it troublesome at all and patiently took me to see several room types in the hotel and picked the room I liked for me. As a result, I was very happy and had a lot of fun staying in Hyatt these days. The attentive Sherry knew that I was injured while skiing and still cared about me. She is really a meticulous, considerate and kind girl. I originally planned to stay for only two days, but I wanted to stay for a few more days... It is really a blessing for guests to have such employees in the hotel. In addition, the room service is also very good. The head of the housekeeping department helped me solve some minor problems in time, and the efficiency is very high. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts and the products are all OK. There were many guests during the stay, and everyone was able to be busy but not chaotic, and they were all very enthusiastic. It can be seen that the management of the hotel is really great. After work, I will continue to stay at the Hyatt Hotel in Changbai Mountain👍

Perfect winter trip, this time the family of three came to Changbai Mountain for skiing, hot springs and vacation. Paid upgrade to a suite, the sanitation is super clean, the environment is also very good, the service is warm and thoughtful, the children don't want to leave. Lighting problem: For a hotel worth thousands of dollars, can't you install some bright lights? It was pitch black everywhere, and I had to open the door to get light when putting on makeup. Cleaning problem: The first time the cleaner was an auntie. I asked not to change the bedding, but to change everything else. She really just changed it, and didn't do much to clean up the other things. The second time it was a man. He just came to clean when we came back. The hygiene level was just like I just moved in. He even folded my clothes for me😄 Air conditioning problem: The heater was simply terrible, so hot, and it couldn't be adjusted Hotel breakfast: I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and had breakfast for 3 days.
