我們一家人出遊，她家沒有空調，問前台小妹妹，他説她家的空調就是擺設，根本就不好使，都無語了，衞生一般般吧

房間設施啥的還是不錯的，位置也很好旁邊就有個博物館
衞生：但是前台和客房服務真的堪憂，毛巾感覺根本沒有換，上面還有不明捲曲毛髮。
標間，但是給了三套牙具一個梳子。
床單上有褐色污漬。
服務：前台一直在摸魚嘮嗑，諮詢問題也愛答不理，感覺像誰欠她錢了
總體感覺就是：老闆選址和裝修用心了，但是管理一塌糊塗，客服和前台都在摸大魚

入住的時候 馬桶根本就沒有清理的 是臟的 住了2天 也沒人清理馬桶 離了大譜 每天就是換一下垃圾桶 床附近有蜘蛛網 但是被單是乾淨的 整體環境還可以 水很充足 還有熱風機

早上出門就能上大巴去雪場，特別省事，滑完回來渾身酸爽，回房洗澡熱水舒服得不想出來，水壓穩，温度也一直在線。房間乾淨整潔，晚上睡得挺香。整體沒有誇張亮點但每一項都很穩，屬於住了會回頭的那種酒店
