Overall, I am shocked that a Mercure (Accor) hotel would be of this quality or standard. The hotel lobby & entrance did not not even have concierge services or a ramp to ease the luggage load, I had to carry 2 big luggages up a flight of 4 steps to enter the hotel lobby entrance. Room cleanliness was below acceptance, my suite & room windows were atrociously dirty, my room aircon vents were partly broken, other room and hotel amenities are unlike a 4 star business hotel that Accor brands would be! A saving grace was the hotel central location & the 2-3 reception staff that were quite helpful at times but failed in terms of providing any local area expertise or recommendations (food, attractions, etc.) well when asked. This is probably not suited for a tourist or leisure type hotel guest.

The hotel front desk service was warm and thoughtful. They brought a free breakfast with the children and helped to change a room with a large window without obstructions. They said that there were only two rooms of my type, one of which was already occupied, and there was just one vacant room. I was very lucky. Although I did not stay in Huazhu Club, except that most of the windows were covered, the other standards were similar to those of Orange Hotel. I like the decoration style and intelligence of Orange. The hotel toiletries have a light orange smell. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The bath water is super refreshing and comfortable. The drainage is also good without water accumulation. The sanitation is clean and tidy. The parking space is relatively tight. It is not recommended to drive to live. It is very close to Sanfang Qixiang and you can walk there in a short time. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel again.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that breakfast wasn't included in my room reservation, contrary to what was stated. I promptly reached out to trip.com to address this discrepancy. While the room was on the smaller side, it was still satisfactory, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location, approximately a 10-minute walk from the train station, was convenient, with shops nearby. The breakfast provided was acceptable. All things considered, the hotel offered good value for the price.

Exceptional service from reception, Linda and facilities such as free laundry service are available for Traveller's convenience. Good spread for breakfast and the stay is truly enjoyable.

Location was unbeatable! Right next to dongbai metro station. Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved. Mirror had some stains and room showed some signs of aging. Breakfast was average and mainly catered to the Chinese market

It was a very nice place to live in for a week! The location was perfect. Just some small parts to note is that there was a hole in my sheets, the walls had cracks with mysterious liquid flowing down, and the window curtains had small stains. I’ve lived in worse places, so it wasn’t that bad. The staff were super friendly, the amenities were nice and it was just a nice stay overall!

Environment: Zhuzifang is adjacent to Sanfang Qixiang, but it is much quieter across the street. The old banyan tree, stone slabs, and former residences are very profound. One day I was woken up directly by the sound of birds, which is really rare in the city center! As the hotel is located in the center of Zhuzifang, if you are taking a taxi with a suitcase, you can consider locating it to [Gulou District People's Government]. There is a small archway of Zhuzi Fund Port across the street. It is quite convenient to come in from that entrance for personal testing.
