Guest UserThe hotel's location is great, the room facilities are good, and it's clean and hygienic. My whole family was quite satisfied. Xiao Yang, who followed up with us, was also very nice. If we have the chance to visit Fuzhou again, we'd definitely consider staying here.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportations, such as buses, train stations, and the subway, the famous hot spring park is nearby. There are abundance of restaurants within a short walking distance. While the hotel amenities may not have been updated to five-star standards, it was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was great. The check-in process and English communication were easy. Overall, I found this hotel to be a fantastic value for the price.

Staying at Huiya Hotel again, the service was as excellent as ever, with attentive and thoughtful assistance. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable overall. The hotel's hot spring experience is a highlight, with over 20 outdoor hot spring pools of various sizes, something I haven't experienced in other hotels. Every time I stay, I experience the warm and welcoming service from the hotel staff, who even thoughtfully prepare souvenirs – truly wonderful!

The rooms, hot springs, and dining were all great. My only dissatisfaction was the chaotic management of the electric vehicle charging stations. The hotel has 5 charging stations, and from the time I checked in until I left, they were either occupied by green-plated cars that weren't charging (I checked multiple times and all charging spots were taken by non-charging vehicles) or by cars that had already finished charging a long time ago (the Teld app showed the cars were fully charged the day before, but the charging cables were still plugged in the next day). This meant I couldn't charge my car. I hope the hotel strengthens its management of the charging parking spaces. They should promptly ask non-charging vehicles to move and implement an occupancy fee for vehicles that remain plugged in but fully charged (e.g., after 30 minutes).

The hot springs were excellent, but the room felt a bit dated. The breakfast was a major disappointment; the dining area felt quite empty, there was very little variety, and the taste was mediocre. To top it off, the coffee served was instant. The coffee at the ground floor coffee bar, priced at ¥9.9 a cup, was absolutely undrinkable – I've never had such terrible coffee. The server there was also a bit stubborn and inflexible. And considering I paid 68 RMB for breakfast, it definitely wasn't worth the price. Next time, I'll definitely just visit for the hot springs and skip staying at the hotel.

Guest UserI came here based on recommendations, and the environment and hygiene exceeded my expectations. All the facilities in the room were spotless and in perfect condition, and the public lounge area was also tidy and clean. The hot spring area had its water changed and maintained daily, which made me feel very comfortable and safe soaking in the springs. The staff were all very professional and courteous, providing meticulous and warm service. Any requests I had were addressed promptly, making my stay both relaxing and pleasant.

Guest UserFinding a hotel you love among countless options feels like opening a blind box, but choosing Wutong Yuehua Hotel for New Year's Eve was my luckiest pick yet! From the moment I stepped in until check-out, every detail made me feel incredibly comfortable, and the experience was absolutely fantastic!
**Room: A Healing Space with Private Hot Spring Access**
I booked a Premium King Room, and the front desk manager upgraded me directly to a suite. I knew it would be big, but I didn't expect it to be *this* big! The hundred-square-meter space was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows opening up to the lush green mountains of Dazhang Stream and the verdant outlines of Yaoling Mountain – the view was absolutely stunning! The most delightful surprise was the private in-room hot spring. Soaking in the hot spring under the night sky while stargazing was so relaxing and therapeutic. Since the complimentary hot spring ticket was only for one entry, and we arrived late after driving, we decided to use the in-room hot spring at night and then visit the outdoor hot spring pools during the day, which worked out perfectly.
**Bedding: Soft as if Wrapped in Clouds**
The mattress, neither too soft nor too firm, instantly melted away my travel fatigue, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. Although there was only one king-sized bed, the tatami sofa was perfectly suitable for sleeping. We just asked the housekeeping auntie for an extra quilt, and it comfortably accommodated two people – great for families with multiple children.
**Facilities: A Fun Haven for All Ages**
The hotel's amenities are so extensive they're dazzling; you'll never be bored! The open-air hot spring area boasts 21 unique pools, offering hot spring therapy whenever you desire. Families with kids will adore the two children's play areas, thoughtfully designed for different age groups, with slides, ball pits, and trampolines galore – kids can have a blast all day long. Adults can find their fun too, with a fully equipped gym, KTV rooms with excellent acoustics, as well as a tea art area, mahjong/card room, and the 'Mountain Outside' cinema. There's also a BBQ area, perfect for team building or family gatherings. The freshly made local specialties for breakfast, like 'dan yan' (egg wontons) and scallion pancakes, were very authentic – no need to visit multiple local eateries; you can taste them all here.
**Environment: A Mountain and Water Retreat Surrounded by Forest Oxygen**
The hotel is embraced by Dazhang Stream and Yaoling Mountain, making the air exceptionally fresh. The Muxin Plaza is open and elegant. For indoor scenic views, I recommend the Family Rooms and Premium King Rooms; sitting on the balcony enjoying tea and conversation is incredibly peaceful. It's just an hour's drive from Fuzhou, and a short ten-minute drive takes you to popular attractions like Songkou Ancient Town and Baiji Gorge. If it weren't for the rooms being fully booked for New Year's Day, I would definitely have extended my stay for another night.
**Service Attitude: Warm Care in Every Detail**
All the staff members had excellent spirits, suggesting a high happiness index working here! The front desk manager and housekeeping manager were both very professional. The young lady at the hot spring area was so beautiful; I loved her kind face. The auntie who handed me a towel was also very enthusiastic. Whether it was the cleaning staff or the dining employees, everyone wore a smile and was warm and friendly, making the entire stay feel incredibly welcoming – truly five-star service.
We were lucky enough to catch the bonfire night and fireworks show on New Year's Eve – so fortunate! Whether it's a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a gathering with girlfriends, Wutong Yuehua Hotel is perfectly suited. Here, comfortable rooms, comprehensive facilities, a stunning environment, and thoughtful service merge into an unforgettable holiday experience that's worth countless revisits! I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserWas recommended this hotel from travel vlongs so didn’t know wfat to expect. This hotel is large and facilities were good, just that it’s very much empty. Limited restaurant choices since there were few guest. However room was nice and in room dipping pool was nice, just that water wasn’t real spring water and was very hot. Gui’an was advertised as a spa resort so I was hoping to have hot springs within the hotel but that was Jit the case. It was just a normal hotel and found out the hot springs is much further away. Since only stayed 2 nights I did not get a chance to go to the hot springs. So other than the outlet mall and the theme park (in front of this hotel), there wasn’t much to do. Food options at nearby residential area was ok though. All in all, find the hot springs resort or skip this hotel.
