地理位置超絕，觀景效果首見，房間感覺也不錯的，泳池的話也很出片，服務員態度也很好，基本需求能都夠滿足，而且主動介紹景點，就是早餐結束時間有點，起不來，其他沒啥毛病

這是一家設計民宿。設計感很強。晚上到店入住時，打了燈光，很好看。轉了一圈，有點被驚艷到。
不過入住體驗感極差！
服務方面根本達不到酒店的服務？所以衹能算民宿。房間內木地板還顯乾淨，墊在床下的地毯就污漬斑駁，不知道多久沒清洗過。拉窗是壞的，鎖不住，打了電話才派人來維修給修好。
要命的是衞生間，下水沒做好，有異味從下水管道冒出來。淋浴間洗完澡後，水從裏面溢出來衞生間地板上一灘水。進出衞生間都要灘着水。很明顯是衞生間下水做太高了。
打電話給前台要兩瓶水，回答説要額外收費，農夫山泉飲用水一瓶3元（離店後按金退回好像又沒扣）
其實這家酒店可以做的更好，管理太差了。

不可能再來第二次
這是一千九百多一晚的套房環境
首先味道黴味瀰漫，孩子吵着回家；
其次臟，燒水壺沒擦乾淨，污漬嚴重，房間地板蚊蟲沒掃。
再次設計，比牀頭櫃還靠牆的馬桶，上廁所四十五度斜角，吹風機放的位置極度反常規，户型真是繞，床太軟睡了一晚腰痠；
最後説服務，前台辦完手續，需自提行李爬坡百米，無人引導，才到房樓。
還有就是設施了，除了室外常温泳池，啥都沒有（温馨提示：鼓嶺常温冰涼）
