酒店環境和衞生很好 服務人員也態度很好 凌晨入住酒店 由於房間有異味 值班經理處理的非常快 在滿房的情況下給升級了房型 離店那天由於飛機延誤 也給了延遲退房 早餐的品種很多 不錯！出行方便

房間還可以，親子出遊，沒定早飯，不過酒店的早餐稍微貴了點，其他都不錯，出行方便，外賣也方便，離福州站也比較近，值得推薦

酒店工作人員都很熱情，尤其行政酒廊的服務人員SUN，連續兩天碰到他了，對小朋友很友好，也很熱情地解答其他住客的問題。房間很乾凈整潔，設施看着保養挺好的，衞浴設施也不知道是不是更新過，沒感覺是16年裝修。
到帶娃出來玩特地訂了行政房。check in的時候很豪爽地送了小童早餐，行政房最晚16點退房，很適合訂了晚班機的住客。
一開始給我們安排了頂頭的房間，估計有段時間沒人入住了，黴味有點大，反映以後馬上就更換了房間。
早餐品種還算豐富，反正連吃了3天還沒膩。小朋友最滿意的是甜品區的巢蜜和炒蛋檔的黑松露炒蛋。鍋邊不好吃，麪片太爛了。
行政酒廊的下午茶和happy hour還可以，墊墊肚子正好，多豐盛肯定談不上。主要國慶颱風，天氣看着都不太好。
游泳池是小朋友最滿意的地方，很乾凈，人不多。有温水池，説是還有香味和噴氣按摩，覺得很好玩。
酒店位置出入還挺方便的，出門右轉5分鐘就是地鐵站，到知名景點七坊三巷衹要幾站。旁邊泰禾廣場吃的選擇非常多，適合不喜歡住在景點附近，關注酒店設施服務的遊客。如果是要特種兵行程的話，那酒店設施不用就太可惜了。
總之是很不錯的酒店，有機會還會考慮凱賓斯基其他的酒店。
