We visited on a family trip before Golden Week. It was our first hot spring trip with our 1.5 year old child, and all the staff were very nice, so we felt that this was an inn with wonderful people. We were very grateful that we could eat in a private room, and the female staff member who served dinner was very nice, and thank you for taking the time to look after our child despite being busy.
