Akash Retreat and Spa

I choose this hotel to spend one night last twelfth.. (12.05.2023) as one night for honeymoon, because I believe that it has a quiet and peaceful environment as heard before.. Paid half of the money and booked in advance. Like they had given me to check in at 2pm... It was around 3pm when I went to the hotel after taking my lunch. That there was no preparation.. We decided to stay in the lobby for a while on their request. I didn't get a good response until almost an hour later I asked again and was told it was ready.. We carried our luggage. When we went, we had to experience an unpleasant experience in the hotel room.. There were a lot of flies on the blankets that were laid, which were said to be new.. The room attendant came and tried to open the curtain and it felt down. The gentleman who claimed to be the supervisor and the other staff also came and accepted everything after checking.. We decided to leave it as there were not even the minimum facilities required to spend a night there. Later, after I asked them for the total amount paid, they mentioned that it will take two or three days for me to get back the money paid through online. I have not received any part of the money.. Despite repeated inquiries, I have not received a satisfactory reply.. Even after more than five banking days, nothing has happened, which further shows their carelessness.
