These people behaves very well before booking. Like we reached the hotel and without any reason we were told to wait. Room services are very bad. No matter how many calls you make for food or any other service they almost take more than 3 hours or sometimes they forget everything even if anything asked. These people don't even know how to talk to the customers. I came from a very long time distance and they did not provide even a single service properly. Many necessary items were missing in the room so i informed them, again there was no response. This was my worst hotel experience since today. Even without services their charges are so high. This is for everyone if you ever visit to sri ganganagar please stay away from this place. Pathetic people.
