Room was average but clean this is my 2nd stay inthis hotel but compared to the 1st time this time i was disappointed for many things. Food was good but it was scary at night people were making noise and were fighting .Drunk people were allowed in the premises .No network so it was difficult to receive call….only Staff was well behaved and nice

It was terrible because no one opened the gate for us i am a frequent traveller and i am going to take strict action on this. We had to sleep on vehicle. No one opened the gate for us

Horrible experience. I had booked the hotel prior and had paid the requisite amount. But they denied me check in as they wanted me to pay more money. This happened with other tourists too. The staff was rude and didn't even bother to help me with the booking and completely denied any responsibility.

This is the worst hotel in gangtok, if this is the last option for hotels , then also i would prefer not to go to this hotel.. rooms are cosy small and so smelly dirty..no ventialation, no fan, tv not working, phone not working , its underground rooms you will not get any network inside rooms, continue noises from everywhere during day night time...food quality is so bad that you will vomit & moreover so expensive....When you go and complsin , receiptionist and staff are so rude and undecent, they dont know how to behave with guests , while check in they will not tell any rules , no person in reception till 7.30am, i had to wait 2hrs just to go out of the hotel since there was no person available in reception early morning...after arguments the staff told me to chevk out.....can anyone believe it , staff asking us ti check out because i wanted to go out on an emergency and i have dusturbed them by calling again and again....the worst hotel in gangtok !! Overal this hotel doesnt even deserve 0 rating !!!
