Excellent stay and mouth watering food Restaurant staff was cooperative and in nut shell overall stay as well as food experience was marvellous I recommend everyone to stay in Rufina Pinasa Residency at Gangtok rather then stay and food experience the location of Hotel is also good and Mr. Bishal very Helpful

was a great stay at Rufina pinasa recidency Hotel i stay for 3 nights nd didn't face any issue regarding my stay . The citrus restaurant have authentic taste and quality of the food nd all the staff were very polite nd helpful in nature. Will stay here for sure in future

I loved my stay in Rufina Pinasa Residency hotel in sikkim The staff is really warm, honest and helpful. One of the staff member Mr. Sarup has been very prompt and efficient in helping us. The food is excellent. And the team is always helpful. The breakfast quality is amazing We appreciate it all the efforts by the entire team .

Extremely grateful to stay in the hotel, all staffs found to be so co-operate. The property is located in such a beautiful place. The hotel is so neet and clean. The front office staffs are so co- operative, special thanks to ma'm Salena Chettri for her dedication to the property. As compare to other property we got all kind of facility which only can provide by a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotels. We highly recommend Rufina Pinasa Residency for the better vacation to stay at Gangtok Sikkim.

Worst restorent and very rude people managing it. You place your order at 8 pm and then you may get it after an hour if you are lucky. When you enquire the repeat answer is “jab ban jayega tab de denge” in a very irritating and rude tone.. The only saving grace is front desk team. You may stay there but do not eat there for sure. It is a trip spoiler for sure.

We stayed for 3 nights in this property. 1 night in deluxe and 2 nights in premium room. Both room categories were very good. Food was also good and the hotel staff was very gentle and cooperative. Overall it was a very nice experience l. Highly recommend this property

Good stay. Well maintained rooms. Neat and hygienic. Breakfast and dinner are very good. I recommend it for families. Nice receiving by the receptionist. Room service is good. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel with my family and I am very happy.
