Every thing found good, location is perfect and food was awesome, staff was very cooperative and view of outside is very beautiful

The rooms were nice and clean. But their services are too slow. Especially their restaurant, it lacks the basic professionalism in the staff. Everything takes minimum 30-40 mins there. Also, the food is just average. I should also mention that the people are really nice here. That’s the only thing making up for all the other things here. Overall, an average stay.

Location is around 7 km from mg road or main city, but local taxis are available frequently from here to going anywhere. Room cleanliness is excellent, space is also good, view from hotel is excellent, food options are available in breakfast and dinner and food quality is good, only thing they have to improve is room service for food, it is little bit delayed, even once i have ordered at 9 pm but even after reminder calls i haven't received the lime soda in room, but overall stay was nice

Not worth the price they are charging it’s a budget hotel type above 4th floor u have to again change elevator lift is super slow no one to carry luggage, it’s a self service hotel no cab available, u will have to walk for 5mins to taxi stand mg marg or mall is kms far with will take 20-30 mins while returning from mg marg it’s difficult to find cab at night and will charge double most of the rooms do not have any view reception interior is dull and basic pros: rooms are small but good bathroom is good newly made hotel clock room available big hotel with i think 90 rooms breakfast is ok types with sachet for coffee

Stayed with family for one night at ginger hotel gangtok. Hotel is very clean and has very supportive staff always ready to help. Food is also good but there is some delay in home service. The hotel is located far away from main market area but taxis are available. Ginger chain of hotels are always of my choice because of their professional approach.

Good stay & worst staffs, one staff in the reception said sleep in hunger, it is your problem and can do anything @10:45pm
