Palri Boutique Hotel

Parli boutique hotel has been fantastic. Neat tidy rooms, excellent service from the hotel staffs. Very responsive and quick for any room service. I had a thoroughly pleasant experience here, hence would like to recognize each staff as below: 1. Mr. Eric - he is one of the main staff at the hotel manages all. Hes been a fantastic and helpful person to interact with. In an emergency when i had to catch the flight and i was let down by a pure booked taxi, eric helped very quickly and i was put to the right cab driver to reach the airport just on time. 2. Nannu - reception staff. Shes also been very helpful and prompt in her service for any thing i reached out for. 3. Ganashyam was also providing very good room service. 4. Tshewang aron, sushant were food servers who were also very courteous and dedicated in their service. 5. Not to forget last but not least the important part food was very good in this hotel thanks to the dedicated and magical hands of the cooks and kitchen staffs -nitesh, shekhar and pranil. Overall i had a thoroughly happy experience at the hotel which is why i rate it 5/5 stars and i strongly recommend the travellers to choose this hotel in all aspects. It is little away from the real main road off the city gangtok but its not a reason to not choose the hotel ! this hotel suits all kinds of tourists whether solo or family.

I will recommend this hotel to everyone, for group of people for solo traveler as well as family and couples also. The owner is humble and down to earth can’t explain in words. Food was not excellent but outta 10 i’ll give it a 7. Polite staff and ms nannu she’s the manager with a cute smile on her face every time. Hope will visit soon. Thank you

The hotel is the best. The manager and her brother gave us a warm welcome. Showed around all the rooms and the services. Mentioned the history. Lovely people. The staff is excellent. Staff manager ajay was very friendly. Food was served punctually all needs were catered to. Beat place for stay in gangtok. I would love to stay here and recommend this to everyone. The rooms have electric kettles, tea coffee, dental kit grooming kit as extra facilities. Iron and laundry facilities were there. The guest were warmly welcomed. The hospitality rating is 10 stars. The trip becomes memorable based on the hospitality you receive. Of my multiple stays in gangtok this is the best hotel. Thank you team palri )

It's in lower arithang. So, it's little far from mg marg. You have to hire taxi (shared/reserved) to go to mg marg. Food is overpriced. Behavior of staffs are good but very slow service. The toilet has skylight with glass louvers facing to common corridor which is unsafe and against privacy. It should be ope c glass and concealed.

Room 305 is pathetic. It just beside dogs area

Rooms are spacious, service is excellent and staff is cordial.
