I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel SUMITEL SHANGRILA, and i must say it exceeded all my expectations......The room was a perfect retreat immaculately clean , spacious and decorated with modern amenities. The front desk team greeted with genuine smiles and efficiency....if you're looking for a hotel where the staff truly cares about your experience this is the perfect place to be ....I'll certainly be returning and i recommend it wholeheartedly 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Stay 6 to 7 day with family and it's was good plus service was excellent and Puja Thapa in charge for food & Beverages was to good. I personally suggest my friend and family plz come and stay in hotel sumitel and feel family atmosphere..........

The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is very good too. I really enjoyed my stay here also the front desk team helped me a lot Soring and Ayush were good also the restaurant team was excellent would like to re visit again thank you team Shanghaila.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, every staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine hospitality. A special thanks to Miss Puja who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference. Things need to be improve 1. One day one fly on papaya. 2. Same day i asked to restaurant for a water bottle but it did not come. Room no- 508 Pawan kumar patel
