The hotel is in a good location. All the staff members are very customer focussed. Eden, Suparna, and Amin were especially co-operative and took care of all our requirements. The in-house restaurant, Grains, is very good. The service is excellent.

We were family of 13 people,stayed in Udaan Woodberry from check in to check out there was no any issues,food was great rooms were neat and clean.Special mention to Chumsang,Eden and Suparna who was very cooperative and helpful. Recommend to all my friends and also families.

Hotel is very good and the ambience is very nice.pure veg food is soo good delicious and staff are caring and helpful. Mr swaroop and Bibek guide us very nicely and service from sangam and tanka was extremely good.we enjoyed lot at udaan woodberry and suggest to our relatives.

Good services and behaviour of the staff were very nice, From the reception Eden and Dawa and housekeeping to restaurant service is very nice and food was also tasty and delicious.thanks to restaurant staff Mr bibek for nice guidence.we will definitely visit next time also thanks udaan for making our stay wonderful

The staff was cooperative ,the hotel experience was good ,Food was also okay all over experience was good.The rooms were clean the service was good.The staff also helped us with what are the best local sightseeing and what all activities are here which we can do.

Pleasant and memorable stay at Udaan Woodberry. The hotel is in a perfect location accessible to all the places of interest and the rooms, cleanliness and the ambiance of the property is really great and well maintained and I would love to mention the the staff names who were very helpful and nice to us was Dawa, Amin and Suparna

A great memorable experience... the room service was awesome and rooms were in a neat place .. food at the restaurant was lovely and very home like... it was pure veg as we wanted... even the staff here was very helpful and cheerful... great time spending these days here

Food is delicious Very helpful nature everyt time they are ready to help us at night also Mr Amin from the Reception he help us Rooms are quiet spacious and cleaned We are so happy with their services Housekeeping staff are very quick From the front desk Eden and Suparna are very cooperative.
