GGuest UserEvery year, I choose to stay at Fengdu Hotel for my old man's birthday. This time, the experience was particularly bad.
First, the room upstairs was too noisy. I asked the front desk to coordinate, but it was left unresolved and there was no response.
Second, the hotel held a night barbecue in the parking lot outside, right next to the B seat. The noise was endless at night and lasted until the early morning every day. In order to make money, they can't ignore the guests' rest.
Third, after the birthday party, I asked the hotel to arrange a wheelchair (95-year-old man with mobility problems) to facilitate us to push the old man to the parking lot. They said that the wheelchair was broken and had not been repaired. For such a big hotel, even if the wheelchair was really broken, they should think of other ways.

✨到達酒店后大堂經理張經理貼心的將我送到房間，途中還介紹了酒店特色及本地遊玩和特產。
✨客房服務阿姨看到我帶着孩子，特地給我準備了嬰兒床並多送了水果和礦泉水，十分熱情！
✨房間麪積很大，床也很舒服，各類洗漱用品毛巾浴巾浴袍一應俱全，我根本不用擔心出門忘記準備東西，能給勞累的旅途帶來充足的舒適感。
✨退房時還贈送了水果飲品和小朋友的玩具，沒想到小小的城市領有這麼出色的酒店！這麼出色的服務！祝願貴酒店生意興隆！！

The reservation did not include breakfast, but the front desk staff also gave me free breakfast. The room lady was also very considerate and the front desk staff was enthusiastic. It is worth recommending. I will stay here next time.
