Every year, I choose to stay at Fengdu Hotel for my old man's birthday. This time, the experience was particularly bad. First, the room upstairs was too noisy. The noise was endless at night and lasted until the early morning every day. In order to make money, they can't ignore the guests' rest. Third, after the birthday party, I asked the hotel to arrange a wheelchair (95-year-old man with mobility problems) to facilitate us to push the old man to the parking lot. They said that the wheelchair was broken and had not been repaired. For such a big hotel, even if the wheelchair was really broken, they should think of other ways.
