Scelto per la relativa vicinanza all’aeroporto, siamo rimasti delusi dai servizi offerti, in particolare la colazione, fatta in un locale all’esterno della struttura e con una scelta molto limitata e una scarsa qualità. Comunque la stanza era pulita e il personale cortese.

Everything about the hotel was clean, efficient and easy. Especially the onsite underground parking. The staff could not have been more accommodating.

所要があり、息子と二人で1ヶ月の長期滞在型で宿泊予約しました。 (息子は１週間だけの滞在) 口コミが良かったので安心して来訪しましたが、着くとホテルの感じは暗く古臭い感じだったので嫌な予感がしました。 部屋もそんな感じで(ショートステイの部屋はリニューアルされていて綺麗らしいですが)契約書にはバスタオルとフェイスタオル、ティッシュボックスが付いていると記載されていましたが、部屋にはバスタオル１枚しか無く、トイレットペーパーも殆ど無かったので、 初日にフロントに行って伝えると長期滞在型の宿泊者には追加分は出さないと言われました。 せめて２人分は欲しいと伝えると、 とても嫌な顔をされて、 今回だけは特別に渡してあげるけどと一枚だけ渡されました。 これらは、２週間に１回しか交換されないので、小さくて薄いバスマットが一回でビショビショになったので、もう一枚貰えませんか？二人で滞在しているのでと言ったら、洗って使えと言われました。 1ヶ月で三十万円でしたが、最低の対応でした。

I used it on a business trip. It was a hotel for Japanese people run by Japanese people. Although the rooms and common spaces are old, they were well maintained. What was disappointing, or rather surprising, was that the smoking area was located at the entrance of the hotel, so every time I entered and exited the hotel, I had to walk through smoke. Apparently it's because the owner is a smoker. Nowadays, smokers come first in the Showa era! Lol lol This hotel is not recommended for non-smokers.

We stayed from Fri. July 15th, through Mon. the 19th for a Hawaiian Event at a park nearby. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Good shopping and food in the area and the beaches aren't too far away either. However, you will need a car or ride if you want more than a quick bite to eat or snacks. During our visit, dinner was complimentary instead of breakfast. There is a nice little courtyard to sit and/or smoke in instead of out in the parking lot or street side. The employees were very nice and it was refreshing to see cleaning throughout the day. Two things worth mentioning is that the AC in room 519 would make a lot of noise if it was set to low. One night it completely turned off. We went ahead and kept it set to high. We also kept smelling cigarette smoke late at night although we're pretty sure that all the rooms are non-smoking. Overall, we would stay here again.

My member ID is 37083. I have stayed here numerous times. Spent thousands of dollars here on multiple stays ( i'm not kidding). I even stayed 16 consecutive days from July 24, 2018-August 16th, 2018 for a bill of $1705.81. I live locally but this was my favorite hotel to book when friends would visit. This is a LATE REVIEW but I'm still so bitter of what happened. The last Chrismtas/New Years I spent there, some items were stolen from my room most likely from housekeeping. We didn't realize our stuff was stolen until the following winter when we looked for our winter clothing. We knew a Clinique lotion $30-40 was missing but we didn't realize until months later a brand new $40 sweater (christmas gift) was stolen along with another women's winter jacket $50. These are the just the items we know about, who knows what else was missing. I have not booked there since but it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth when I start looking for hotels either here or abroad.
