I will never came back super bad service you never feel welcome they don’t have reception open 24 hours so if something happens u don’t have to who ask for help I stay 6 days and ask if is something going to do around I have no much respond I will never came back

breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were simply wonderful. thank you for the opportunity to rent bicycles for free!) the rooms are also clean and the cleaning of the rooms during the stay as well. it's just a pity that I warned that it was my husband's birthday and there was no reaction to it :(

The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast has a really wide selection to choose from, and even if you get to the breakfast area a few minutes before Close time they still top the counters up for you to be able to have the full experience. The dining area has beautiful Lake views, and a really amazing hidden gem for dinner at an agriturismo restaurant is just one kilometer away.

Sicuramente superiore alla sua categoria. Personale educato, attento alle esigenze del cliente e sempre disponibile. Camere spaziose molto pulite. Colazione molto ricca e ristorante bellissimo. Ampio parcheggio. Super Consigliato!

This is a hotel that doesn't do more than needed to keep the third star. Service is OK but no one does more than what is expected and whet the guests ask for. The location is OK but no services, like restaurants, if you don't count McDonalds as a restaurant and I think it is close to blasphemy to mention that name when talking food in Italy. No one told us the hotels restaurant was closed on Sundays... Barely 3 stars

Manca l'ascensore per salire al piano superiore. Con le valigie non e comodissimo. Per il resto, hotel nuovo, sembra più a gestione familiare che appartenente a una catena. Non abbiamo provato la colazione, camere piccole ma molto pulite.

An exceptionally clean hotel with the towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. A comprehensive breakfast which is exceptional for an Italian hotel. The quality of the restaurant food was equally good and the service inside the restaurant ( thank you Luca) was equally amazing. In fact all of the staff from the receptionist to the room cleaners were friendly, considerate and efficient. A lively location with a backdrop of lakes and mountains.

Viaggio. Per lavoro . Hotel molto bello praticamente nuovo . Camere ottime parcheggio top per chi come noi soprattutto viaggia in furgone di lavoro . Cena a dir poco sublime ottima consiglio la Black Angus e dolci ottimi . Cameriere mattia bravo e competente
