First my room was dirty second I lift my watch ⌚️ and I report to guest relations but they didn't take seriously my smart watch 🙃 poor 🙃 relations

The location and the service was very good on the desk people who was working behind the desk was very helpful and professional I was happy and I will be used Hilton again for my next trip I will recommend it to everyone who has connection from Gatwick to book with Hilton . I will recommend it to my friends and family

Pre-flight stay, quick and easy to book on and out. I would advise anyone who has a Hilton honours card to make sure they register a debit/credit card to their room as when we dined and spent just short of £100.00 we didn't receive points as we paid in the restaurant . On a positive note the concierge Jack went above and beyond with his help and service especially as my partner is disabled, He was highly professional and arranged for passenger assistance the following morning, he said he would be at the room at 08.50 and was exactly on time and helped with all our needs.

No additional drinking water provided; only provide drinking water on first day

To be part of the airport and easy access, no transfer buses - ideal for that night before flying. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Can be a long walk to your room and the carpets are not good for suitcases with wheels.

Always reliable cleanliness and service

The rooms are very far away and hard to find, and they are not very big. The hot water took a long time to put on. Soundproofing not very good.

We took the earlier flight around 6:30am and so we picked this hotel to stay. We departed from south terminal and so we just walked a very short distance to departure hall. It’s very convenient. Besides we took train from Portsmouth to Gatwick Airport and the train station was closed to hotel too.

Free temporary parking is available at the entrance of the hotel, and you need to register your license plate at the front desk. It is very close to the south terminal of the airport and is directly connected by a corridor, which is very suitable for people traveling by plane.

I originally booked the wrong room type (twin room), but the lady at the front desk was very easy to communicate with, so I changed it to a double room at the same price. The room was very large, and it was a happy trip.

It is very comfortable and convenient to take an early flight from the airport, and the breakfast is very good. The disadvantage is that the room facilities are indeed a bit shabby. The front desk is also very polite. The hotel restaurant has a low cost performance, but the delivery time is also provided until late at night. Overall, the cost performance is very good.

I didn't expect that the family room was so spacious and didn't need too much decoration. It was very suitable for accommodation before the early flight the next day. There are not many restaurant options nearby. There is McDonald's. The hotel's food delivery service is average in price and taste. It is convenient to walk downhill to the South Terminal in 5-10 minutes through the long corridor connecting the hotel to the airport.

It's hard to find. It's not recommended to stay in this hotel when traveling from the N side. The elevator is old and under repair. The water for bathing in the morning was not hot either.
