Pros: Collecting the keys was easy, quick and pleasant - the receptionists were very accommodating. They answered our questions well and quick to transact with. The reception office is just one block away from the properties and there's a convenient store on every turn and on the ground floor of the building. We love the unit as it had the basic amenities. One thing to note is that the unit does not come with a microwave oven but they have kitchenwares which were handy in heating up leftovers. The location is also perfect as it's easily walkable to and from the Oldtown - you can walk along the riverbanks or along Chmielna - either way, they lead perfectly to the Old Town; very convenient and safe. Cons: Unlocking the unit was difficult at first. We needed to spend around 30 minutes on it - can be frustrating when you're tired and just want to rest. Not an expert on doors but we've noticed that the bathroom door was also squeaky so maybe the doors need some greasing.

It is not a luxury apartament 1 Armchair- dirty and stained 2. Sofa - very unconfortable and worn. 3. Bed mattreses- dirty and stained 4. Dirty curtains on the windows - grey not white 5. Not enough curtains to cover the entire window 6. Dirty and stained pillows on the bench in the kitchen 7. Damaged furniture Be careful- after making the reservation, they require a deposit of PLN 200. There is no information about this before. I do not recomend

Needs updating, for 4 guest yet only one large glass, 2 chairs, 3 forks, etc. Emailed company regarding toaster not working or kettle, excepted to be replaced and all she sent back was I made a note of that. Loudest cleaners I ever heard, yet sighs all over saying respect the families that live there!

Appertment is ok. Clean. Nice location, near city center. Downsides are at there is terrace without furniture on it. Soo basicly useless. Bed mattress is probably worst I slept on. I steel feel springs in my body. Pillows are not better, just without springs. It could be personal preferance to. Good thing is at you are up early, because you can't sleep long in bed so you have more time to explore city.

We didn't receive the service and quality of accommodation at the price that we paid. Staff was not user friendly perhaps due to their English language skills. The room was in bad shape and none of our complain on room condition was removed during our 4 days stay. Not recommended for families.

A broken dishwasher. I told them about it, but no answer. Damaged furniture and the walls was not so clean. The keys Will be picked up at their office in another building. Theo have no reciption, actually the have inte but noone is sittning there.
