一家人回來探親，5個房間有一個窗户是壞的，一個沒有熱水，打電話給前台還掛電話，態度很不友好，希望往後有所改變。

入住後房間有異味受不了了，讓前台換了一間勉強可以，窗子沒有紗窗，招蚊體質謹慎！睡了一下床身上莫名癢，不知道是不是床單不乾淨還是有什麼

環境：提前三天打過電話讓麻煩備註一下不要安排臨街的房間，隔音也差到了晚上可以聽到隔壁房間的呼嚕聲，半夜也是哪裡的唱歌聲也不知道，反正一晚上睡不着。
設施：真的是太差了，這簡直是糊弄住客，一來座椅子上休息會，聞到一股黴味，結果一看窗簾後面這樣。從未見過如此糟糕的房間。真的不會再來。
設施：衞生間裏面沒事裝什麼感應燈，樓道一有動靜就亮，是在上演恐怖片嗎？強烈要求你們自己員工住了感受一下。
綜上所述 建議各位在有條件的情況下 慎重選擇！
