Ein wirklich tolles, sehr stylishes Hotel! Die Lage selbst ist zwar eher im Industriegebiet, jedoch ist man sehr schnell z.B. in Innsbruck oder umliegenden Orten. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Zimmer sind top! Die Inhaberin ist super sympathisch und aufmerksam!

We stayed here one night on our recent tour of Germany Austria and Switzerland. The room was very clean, comfortable. The only negative was we were on the train side so we couldn’t open our windows as a train went by every 10 minutes or so and it was very noisy! But with the windows closed we didn’t hear it. Kudos to the staff preparing food. Our dinner was one of the best we had on our trip. So many selections, it was great. Breakfast was really good too, with lots of variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Si per: La colazione: ottima! Le dimensioni del letto . La posizione se siete di passaggio e non volete alloggiare in centro. Check-in fino a tardi. No per: Vi trovate nel centro di una zona logistica, con la ferrovia a pochi metri (anche se non si sente). Alla mattina può infastidire. Forse un po' caro in relazione alla zona.

You can’t go wrong at this family owned and run hotel. The rooms are attractive snd have luxury linens and bedding. Fabulous breakfast buffet with a Candy buffet!! Great veggies and even salmon. Lovely jams and hearty breads. Sweet staff willing to help with anything! They are right in the train line so you can jump back to Innsbruck easily and inexpensively.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights and enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The hotel is modern, attractive and very clean. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. And the breakfast buffet! Aaah!!! It was outstanding! There were so many amazing, fresh and delicious choices!!! I❤️breakfast buffets and this one was a standout! But the best part of my stay was the people! We were warmly welcomed and consistently well-cared for throughout our stay; and I appreciated this so much. It’s hard to find such genuinely great customer service as Hotel Edelmann’s offers! This hotel sets the bar high!

Wir waren zu zweit ein paar Nächte hier - das Hotel ist schön, leider war aufgrund vermeidbarer Mängel aber nicht alles perfekt. Positiv: Der Barbereich ist nett eingerichtet. Das Fernsehsenderauswahl ist gut. Es gibt viele Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und das Hotel selbst ist modern und schick eingerichtet - schade, dass folgende Mängel den Gesamteindruck verschlechtert haben. Negativ: Wir hatten mehrere Haare im Bad und dunkle Flecken (Blut?) auf den „frischen“ Handtüchern. Es gibt ein Kosmetikset, dieses war bei unserer Ankunft allerdings halb leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Wir hätten uns einen Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer gewünscht. Das Frühstück ansich bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl, leider war aber sehr oft vieles leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Insbesondere an Neujahr war das Frühstück aufgrund von leeren Buffets und überfordertem Personal nicht angenehm. Das Fitnessstudio ist überschaubar.

The Edelmann family made this the best hotel experience my family has ever had. Their hospitality and personal touch made this hotel feel like a cozy Bed and Breakfast with all of the amenities of larger hotel. The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean. Additionally, this hotel has excellent parking on ground level, something that is rare in Europe. I highly recommend staying here for anyone traveling near Innsbruck.
