The hotel was a little difficult because of the problems in the rooms, but the hotel quickly did what was necessary to make the stay more comfortable by changing our rooms.

The hotel is a very professional and a great week of empathy. My room at the eighth floor an impressive view of Geneva the water jet the Alps of pure happiness Cerise on the cake the rich and varied breakfast Swiss and high quality products and Bio I will quote Maylick and Noémie to the small care. I'm a custom of this hotel and I'll return to my next stay in Geneva. I recommend it very strongly.

It is a 20-minute drive from the city center railway station and a one-minute walk from the tram stop to the hotel. It is very convenient. The rooms are small but clean and air-conditioned!! There is a supermarket nearby but closes early and there are a few restaurants. Breakfast is average, plus These general categories will be better. The overall environment is comfortable and convenient (although it is still a bit more expensive)

Good little hotel Usual bugbear I still expect linen to be changed daily, bugger the planet. If you do not discount, change the sheets. I do not use the same sheets 3 days running at home. Greenwash

Structure located about seven minutes by taxi from the airport and outside the center however easily reachable with trams 14 and 18 taking both 50 metres from the hotel and with only 15 minutes bring you to the full Bel Air stop center from where you can It is already at the foot of the historic centre and the lake, and the structure is renovated by restructuring, but I think it is very disorganized and certainly needs to be improved in many respects. The rooms are more than comfortable with king size double bed, unfortunately not in Italian but with sack-size peelings. A comfortable bathroom with a large shower where bidet is obviously absent, a large bathroom with a 4-star big shiabat is missing and there are no drinks in the refrigerator except a bottle of water that can be found on the table at the arrival. Unfortunately, they left to wish cleaning and worse the second day they had not even made the room to clean it (in 10 minutes!!!) on ns request around 18.00 and I leave room for imagination on the level of cleaning made. Breakfast is both sweet and saloon-acceptable and with a variety of proposals. We found a boy who was also speaking Italian very propens to give information, friendly and also available in the breakfast room. Check In and Check Out too slow and yet with few people waiting for this due to the presence of one operator, a situation that we also noticed in the tours of the so-called stay. Best location if you are willing to catch an early train at Geneva Airport, clean bed and toilet facilities to let you relax and recover quickly if you are taking a long trip.

The transportation is convenient. The hotel is near the airport. It's easy to find. It's very suitable for friends who want to catch a plane and stay overnight

The view outside the hotel window is very beautiful. You can watch the sunset and sunrise of Lake Geneva while lying down. The transportation is very convenient. The train station is a few dozen meters behind the hotel. You can take the train to the central train station of Geneva or to Geneva Airport. You need to bring some cash. The machine is broken on the return trip and will not accept cards. Only cash is accepted. There is a super large supermarket downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. Be sure to book a room with large glass floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides. The view is so healing!

The room was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed. We booked a couples massage which due to unforeseen absence of one of the masseurs was not possible but the staff did their best to make up for it and handled it in the best way possible, also upgraded our room. The single massage itself was average and the wellness area much smaller and less equipped as expected but i guess it’s still the best possible for such a small place. The area itself is very quiet, perfect for walking or cycling in the silence. The view from the room was unfortunately quite dull due to the renovation of the pool. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant is great. Overall, we were happy with our stay despite the circumstances, the staff is doing their best.

Best thing about this place is without doubt the surrounding area and the beautiful exterior and grounds. The inside and dining room is like a throwback from the 1960's. It's not bad on the inside but it just completely don't suit the outside. But for the money (relatively super cheap for Switzerland) I think it's well worth it. Just for the beautiful exterior and surroundings area. Pure and utter bliss of a night. I would stay again but remember, don't expect much once you're in.
