Very good, good location, good service, good environment, two adults and two children, the room is very spacious, suitable for parent-child travel.

The hotel is near the Geneva train station, about ten minutes' walk away. Transportation is relatively convenient. Although the room is not big, it is very clean. The overall service is good and the breakfast is rich.

The hotel is a bit old, but relatively clean. It's very close to the lake and you can walk there. There's a delicious Chinese restaurant nearby. There is a convenience store downstairs which is very convenient. Good value for money

The front desk staff is very friendly and attentive, and they also provide ticket printing services. The room is clean and tidy, and the location is 2 stops away from the station.

The facilities are very old and it is not recommended to book a regular room

Ctrip is targeting the familiar customers. The time period before and after the booking date is around 1,000/day. When booking in China, the price increases every day. 4,600/day booking. There is no exhibition during Geneva. The number of tourist groups has increased sharply. They want to make up for the losses caused by the epidemic in one go.

Hotel was nicer than the surroundings. Could pretty clearly hear the upstairs room, but for a budget family room, can’t complain.

They were great at accomodating a room switch for my friend and I when we put in a ******* request for a king bed instead of twins. They also gave us a city transit card and the tram stations were really walkable to the hotel. I used the tram to get to the Geneva airport and train from Paris.

I stayed at Hotel Jade as a solo traveller for 3 nights in December. I enjoyed my stay, and for a short city break it met my requirements. The lobby area was small but nicely decorated for Christmas, the breakfast area was also small with limited options but enough choice for me. The staff were friendly. The room was nice, tidy and clean. I was put in a room next to another room which was being redecorated which was a bit annoying in the day time but as I was out most of the time it didn't affect me. The shower head was a bit wobbly which was my main gripe. Easy to walk to the lake and trams also very close. But overall a nice 3* hotel. I would stay again.
