Location is very good , But the room is to small , and facilities is very old , not value for the price , Room service is not good enough , the cleaner is not polite , Food is fine

Nothing wrong with it except expensive

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the surrounding attractions. You can take pictures of Geneva's iconic attraction - Jet d'Eau Fountain from the entrance of the hotel and cross the road. The breakfast is cooked to order, it feels good and delicious. The dinner has a variety of varieties and the service is warm.

Everything is good, but the price is slightly higher

This kind of old-fashioned absolute landscape hotel is actually not an ideal place to enjoy the services of a five-star hotel. Because the hotel's service attitude varies from person to person, it feels very uncomfortable and shows their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for earthlings, which is a pity! The so-called civilization and quality reveal many narrow local cultures in them. This is very out of line with Switzerland - the seat of the United Nations! Not neutral either!

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice location Room service quick and delicious Nice recommendations from concierge. But we would better book everything in advance in order to find tickets and time slots for what you want.

We spent another birthday dinner at the Hotel Beau-Rivage. It is the 3rd time! And again it was just fantastic! Everybody really spoiled us. The food was an art picture but very delicious too. The staff was very, very friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy working. The sommelier recommended extraordinary wines, the chef an exceptional dinner. The hotel is close to the center and so we had a chance to do some sightseeing too. It was again a super birthday weekend. Thank you to everybody, who have contributed! My three month old baby and I stayed in the Henry Dunant suite and the stay was incredible. The crib provided by the hotel was very cute and my baby loved it as well as the crib bumpers that she was totally in awe of. The other aspects that I was very impressed by were the two bathrooms in the suite. One was next to the salon and I could use it when my baby had already gone to sleep and the other was by the bedroom. It was very large and comfortable and the toiletries provided were Clarins, which I appreciate given that many hotels now simply provide their own branded toiletries whose quality can’t really be vouched for. This really gave the bathroom a spa like feel. Generally, the attention to detail was something you could notice at every level. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and made my stay so pleasant. I look forward to visiting again.

What a wonderful hotel! Even before we arrived we were impressed with the pre-arrival communications from the concierge. They sent material on activities and dining spots that made our planning for five days in Geneva very easy. The accommodations are lovely and the service exceptional. We dined in both the casual Albertine's and in the very impressive Le Chat Botte. Both were delightful. The hotel is embarking on a substantial re-imagining, adding a swimming pool and large spa area and other changes. It seems so lovely now that I can hardly wait to see the results of this effort.

The Beau-Rivage consistently achieves the highest levels of hospitality. This trip confirmed that record. It's not just the hotel itself, which is a building full of character & charm, but the staff there are outstanding. From check-in to check-out, this was a stay that was faultless. It was simply one of the best hotel experiences that one could hope for or expect. The ultimate question is would I return? The answer is without any hesitation, yes. Thank you to the team at the hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel was fantastic and was able to provide us with an upgrade to a room with a spectacular view of the lake. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner at the hotel. The staff and meals were conscientious and delicious. My husband left his airports, charger and converter when he left for airport. We reached out to the concierge and they were to locate them and are sending them to him.

Wonderful property, very high level to detail for service. Would come back and looking forward to selling this property to my clients. I enjoyed my room, as well as my balcony overlooking the lake. The food was great, and the location is extremely centrally located.

A beautiful well maintained home away from home . From my first step into this magnificent hotel I felt the kindness and pampering from the staff. Luggage was wicked away to our room and the check in process was easy. As a person with gluten allergies I am always concerned about eating out. Here I was in paradise. they has gluten free croissant and chocolate rolls ! And they were. Wonderful. The food was beautifully presented tasty and plentiful My wife has a minor biking accident and eventually required a wrist split. At 3am her pain started. Not to worry I went down to the conceirge desk and an Ace bandage was provided as well as offers to bring a doctor to see my wife. We even got a follow up call in the morning from the staff to see how she was doing. BTW. The beds and comforters are cozy too. My thanks to the staff at the Beau Rivage. I look forward to returning in the future

This hotel is a gem! Everything is elegant and efficient. From the ease of arrangements of being met at the train, arriving at the hotel, the check in process was simple and they led us to our magnificent room! The room was gorgeous and immaculate! Nothing was too much for the gracious staff. The breakfast was fantastic! I had delicate crepes with the freshest berries and the most delicious chocolate I have ever tasted! This hotel is an absolute joy! Lovely and a pleasure to call home while in Geneva!
