The hotel is great and brand new with sauna, swimming pool and gym. My checking in staff was very friendly and helpful but there was one day our room wasn’t made even tho we hung the tag in front and spoke to the cleaning lady. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, not like the lady on the first day. It was only flaw for this hotel throughout my 4Nights stay.

🚗 Transportation: It takes 5 minutes to walk to the train station.
🍃Environment: Very good, there is food around.

Although this hotel is not big, the staff at the front desk are very friendly! Service in place! ! ! The room is also relatively new decoration, simple and clean. There is also a swimming pool and gym downstairs! The location is also very good, close to the main train station!

We loved our stay at 9Pacquis! The staff was very helpful. The location was close to the train station, which was very convenient. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The breakfast was very good. Our only disappointment was the lack of dining options nearby in the evening, but that was not the fault of the hotel. I would definitely return if I were to come to Geneva.

Good location and nice modern hotel. 1 person on reception means service is slow, rooms are fit for purpose and modern but standard rooms are very small especially with a large suitcase.

L'Hôtel est sympa, le personnel agréable, la localisions a cote de la gare routier et du centre ville, juste la paroi de douche transparente ce qui m'a un peu gène suite a un séjours avec mon amie.
