What a fabulous city, gorgeous hotel central to the main sights so clean no rubbish no dog dirt , great food service and friendly locals Geneva has a wonderful tourist travel card all trams buses and the train that goes directly to the airport are included you need to be aware that there is a tourist tax to pay around 9 Swiss francs per person, well worth it

Jade Manotel Hotel: Geneva, Switzerland I stayed in the Executive Family Suite for two nights on 06Oct 2023 - 08 Oct 2023. We booked two rooms. I would give the hotel 10/10. Customer service was excellent. Very helpful to advise us on where to go and what to do. Love it and would visit again. Before arrival I got an email from Geneva Tourism with my transport card. I was able to book 8 cards as we were 8 people. It was very easy, We were greeted by a really friendly host. We arrived late night and the host made to ask if the children ate, he recommended places to go. He checked us in very easily and we went to our rooms. The rooms were clean and to a high standard. Breakfast was fantastic, coffee was great, great selection. Nice cheese selection too. The garden was a lovely place of tranquility in the middle of the city. The ambience of the hotel was very calm and tranquil. The location was central and easy to access everything. Top of the street you get the tram direct to the UN. The opposite side you get the tram to the Geneva train station. Walk down and 5 mins and you’re at the Lake Leman. My children were being a little bit noisy so the neighbours complained about them but the hotel staff were very kind in the way they asked us to keep the noise down. Wonderful hotel. Recommend it to anyone and only place I will choose to stay at if I visit Geneva again. Thank you Jade Manotel.

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and was extremely impressed by how helpful the staff were. I left a poster I needed for a meeting behind in my room and realized this only when I got to the meeting--called the hotel, they went into my room, got the poster and put it in a taxi to my meeting spot. That was amazing. We also had a late cancellation for a guest due to unavoidable reasons and the hotel was very gracious in accommodating. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The downside for me is location in terms of convenience to the city center. The hotel is right by a bus stop but one needs to switch to another bus to make it to the city which takes a little time. Other than that, comfortable stay. Thank you again to the Ramada hotel staff for great customer service.

Structure located about seven minutes by taxi from the airport and outside the center however easily reachable with trams 14 and 18 taking both 50 metres from the hotel and with only 15 minutes bring you to the full Bel Air stop center from where you can It is already at the foot of the historic centre and the lake, and the structure is renovated by restructuring, but I think it is very disorganized and certainly needs to be improved in many respects. The rooms are more than comfortable with king size double bed, unfortunately not in Italian but with sack-size peelings. A comfortable bathroom with a large shower where bidet is obviously absent, a large bathroom with a 4-star big shiabat is missing and there are no drinks in the refrigerator except a bottle of water that can be found on the table at the arrival. Unfortunately, they left to wish cleaning and worse the second day they had not even made the room to clean it (in 10 minutes!!!) on ns request around 18.00 and I leave room for imagination on the level of cleaning made. Breakfast is both sweet and saloon-acceptable and with a variety of proposals. We found a boy who was also speaking Italian very propens to give information, friendly and also available in the breakfast room. Check In and Check Out too slow and yet with few people waiting for this due to the presence of one operator, a situation that we also noticed in the tours of the so-called stay. I think it is a good solution for those who want to spend much less than the facilities in the centre, even for the simple and fast connection to the tram this latter how buses can be used entirely free by making themselves the reception tickets worth all the stay Vs.

The view outside the hotel window is very beautiful. You can watch the sunset and sunrise of Lake Geneva while lying down. The transportation is very convenient. The train station is a few dozen meters behind the hotel. You can take the train to the central train station of Geneva or to Geneva Airport. You need to bring some cash. The machine is broken on the return trip and will not accept cards. Only cash is accepted. There is a super large supermarket downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. Be sure to book a room with large glass floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides. The view is so healing!

Best thing about this place is without doubt the surrounding area and the beautiful exterior and grounds. The inside and dining room is like a throwback from the 1960's. It's not bad on the inside but it just completely don't suit the outside. But for the money (relatively super cheap for Switzerland) I think it's well worth it. Just for the beautiful exterior and surroundings area. Pure and utter bliss of a night. I would stay again but remember, don't expect much once you're in.

LlimAlthough I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay in. We stayed for 4 nights, 2nd April-6th April. The building either interior or exterior was very well maintained and lovely decor. The reception area was very soothing and welcoming. Free tea/coffee. The room we had slept 4 people which we needed. It was well equipped, it even had a coffee machine. Very clean room. Ample of linens/ towels. The Hotel had given us the opportunity to apply for free travel passes during the duration of our stay. This allowed us to travel freely anywhere and in any mode of transport which saved us a lot money on transport. Transport was easily accessible, in fact the bus stop was just outside the hotel. The staff were wonderful, polite and helpful. They also had lots of boards games which we enjoyed playing until late at night. Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel was chosen because we needed a garage, because we were in car and it was the best hotel we could get near the center. The room was very large for triple suit, and breakfast was very good, and it also had a good bar service. We had a problem with our room because it was morning for trucks on the street and they make a huge load and discharge noise. Then I suggest room not to be returned to the rue du Monthoux, which has drawn attention to the good hotel management by Mr Nicolas Goureau, General Manager, who always worried that you had a good stay.

BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.

GGuest UserI received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. GGuest UserThe following is my view and observation of the Nash Suites Geneva where we recently stayed Positives Hotel Location - Great (5 mins from the airport and a regular shuttle) Hotel Staff - Very polite, courteous and helpful. Terry at breakfast was a legend Hotel Cleanliness - Excellent cannot fault. Room was tidied and replenished each day Hotel Shuttle - always on time and all drivers were great. Thank you All rooms have a window shutter, being so close to the airport means this stops the extra light and noise and you get a great nights sleep Negatives - I only have two pieces of advice for the hotel Breakfast - the only thing that stopped me giving them a 10/10. Nothing was labelled (my daughter is vegetarian) There was limited choice And what was on display was cold (even though food was kept in a closed heat tray, i don't think they were on or working as any item taken from it was cold. Breakfast is the most important part of the day as it sets you up the for the long day ahead. But after paying 20 Swiss Francs we were most disappointed. The hotel serves it from 05.30 am to 10.30 am but the lack of choice and cold food was a real let down hence my score of 8/10 as opposed to 10/10 If a would be customer emails you with questions please respond as soon as possible and fully answer all questions. Travellers Notes Airport Shuttle is located literally just outside Arrivals. Walk out the main airport doors and its 100 meters ahead just slightly to your right or left. The Airport does sign post it well If you want to make your way from the Hotel to the town catch the No. 10 Bus which is about 250 meters from the Hotel. on the right hand side outside the Crown Plaza Hotel - Stop De Longville. The hotel should provide you with a QR code which gives you free travel throughout the city on public vehicles Limited choice for food in the area. We had to make do with a small cafe 500 yards from the hotel or a petrol station next to it that had basic supplies or went to and back to the Airport for food (using free hotel shuttle) However, i would still strongly recommend this hotel

GGuest UserVery close to train station. Across main road and a minute walk. Lots around the hotel, Starbucks, McDonald’s, various restaurants and cafes. Coop small supermarket and other shops. Our room was very clean, cleaned every day. Simply furnished with modern fittings and a great shower, good towels, tv, kettle, tea/coffee bits. Everything you need. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor, with great views and was also immaculate though we didn’t have breakfast during our stay. 5 minutes walk to river. There was quite a bit of noise late at night in the area behind the hotel (car park and street) , our window was open and it didn’t bother us. I’m sure with windows closed the noise would be far less. Staff at reception were very friendly.

GGuest UserAll super in this hotel. A great breakfast could be slightly better: From 9:00 a.m. no more was filled (orange juice, spice, cut...) and each second cut had a corner off and also the tables were not really quick and for Next guests made ready, wasn't so bad, it has enough tables...

Booked the studio with balcony because it looked good on the website but the stairs took me by surprise… The hotel should have made it more apparently as I was carrying 2 big 23 kg luggage and other hand luggage

This hotel is very well located in the center of Geneva close to train station Gare Cornavin and the Lake of Geneva with the Jet d'Eau. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spaciuos and clean. Breakfast is sufficient with 3-4 types of bread, cheese, eggs, fruit and coffee. Lot of restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops in the neighbourhood. Room had a safe.
