good location, clean room and comfort bed, 15 mins walk to city centre, 10 mins walk to cruise terminal

Location is great. Walking distance to subway. Breakfast spread is good, for the price that you pay during the summer season.

They didnt cooperate at all and trying to get only reservation money without any service or change greediness

Clean and good location but hard to enter parking

Quality is much lower than expected from Holiday Inn hotels. Check-in was perfect, very friendly. But firstly, the room was a bit stinky. Then wanted to use the bathroom and noticed that sink is blocked. I informed the front office directly and promised to take care of the issue. Checked again upon my return to hotel at night but nothing was solved and always had to use the shower instead. During the check-out I was about to be fully charged again for my stay although it was already paid online.

Nice hotel

The room is spacious, and the windows are soundproofed despite being separated by an elevated bridge. It is a little far from the city center, so there are few restaurants around, but there is a bus stop nearby, which is quite convenient. The breakfast has a wide variety of options.

Holiday Inn is getting worse and worse. It is located in a dilapidated building next to an overpass. The roar of cars is endless. The facilities in the room are old and not soundproof. There are many mosquitoes flying around. The parking lot entrance and exit design is hard to understand. The WIFI is poor and you can hardly open the web page. The breakfast is just okay. It takes three subway stops to get to the old city. In short, it is not good. I will avoid Holiday Inn in the future.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff was excellent and the buffet breakfast was very complete. Very good place to rest.
