조식은 심플하지만 먹을만합니다 지하주차장은 여유롭습니다

Terrible experience.
a)The hotel is not close to the old city so you will have to find a taxi there and back - getting back is very difficult as there are not many taxis and no Uber/local car services.
b) First room had a sticky floor as did the very small pool - the small pool was muddy. FYI the pool is open from 12pm - 8pm - not that convenient.
c) First room shower overflowed with sewage from the shower - literal feces… Conplained and was given another room. Planned to go out that night but room change and feeling ill left us with no motivation.
d) Sent video of overflowing sewage to manager after complaint and had the good team at trip.com call to negotiate… nothing, zilch and nope the hotel said (they did offer me a free coffee and parking - I don’t have a car).
e) Avoid hotel groups like this and or this location!

After booking for one night, I renewed it for another night. It is not far from cruise terminals such as the Heart of the Mediterranean, but it is still a bit far from the city center or the Genoa Aquarium.
There is a three-story esselunga supermarket behind the hotel, and a Japanese buffet opened by Chinese people is diagonally opposite the hotel gate.
Parking is very convenient. There is a special underground parking garage. There are also two gas stations next to it, and you can see the Genoa Lighthouse.
The hotel environment is good, but there are many children in the lobby, which is noisy because of the entertainment facilities. There is also a piano in the lobby. At the beginning, the piano cover was opened, but because there were always children playing it randomly and making noise, the staff directly put a giant teddy bear on the piano stool and closed the piano.
