La camera è confortevole, il bagno è ampio e comodo. Il personale è alla mano, super efficiente e premuroso. Ci ha infatti indicato quali sono le zone della città da evitare di notte e quali invece sono carine da frequentare e visitare. Soggiorno piacevole!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel nel weekend di capodanno. La struttura è vicinissima al centro storico, ma anche alla stazione Brignole quindi, avendo viaggiato in treno, ci ha permesso di visitare comodamente la città muovendoci a piedi perchè tutte le attrazioni principali distano 10/15 minuti di camminata. L'hotel, a conduzione familiare, è situato in una zona molto tranquilla della città, dispone di alcuni posti auto e la struttura è molto pulita. I titolari poi si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili sia nella sistemazione (ci hanno accolti con un upgrade gratuito della stanza con una più spaziosa e dotata di cabina doccia con idromassaggio e bagno turco), sia nel fornirci informazioni utili per la visita della città e delle zone limitrofe (suggerendoci anche una passeggiata fino alla splendida Boccadasse). La piccola colazione all'italiana viene servita nell'area soggiorno ed è perfetta per gli standard a cui siamo abituati. Per finire, la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli all'arrivo e il giorno della partenza si è dimostrata particolarmente utile.

I recently stayed at Actor Hotel and had an extremely unpleasant experience. The room was located close to the front desk, causing concerns about potential noise disturbances. I was manipulated into purchasing beverages under the assumption they were complimentary, leading to unexpected charges. Most distressingly, the room's air quality was severely compromised due to a dusty blanket, causing significant discomfort and health issues. Attempts to seek assistance were futile as no staff was available, and my concerns were met with indifference the next morning. I felt deceived and disrespected when the hotel reneged on the offer of a refund and was eventually expelled from the hotel. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and deplorable conditions at Actor Hotel and strongly advise potential guests to consider other accommodations.

La disponibilità, la gentilezza e l'onestà del gestore sono encomiabili. All'Actor hotel si percepiscono passione e dedizione. Fabio fa la differenza: è stato sempre accomodante con le richieste di noi ospiti e si è anche rivelato una persona di grande cultura, con cui è stato piacevole scambiare opinioni in una atmosfera colloquiale e familiare. La zona è comoda e il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Lo consiglio!
