Great location and friendly staff, pillow a bit too soft for us. But everything is prefect. Value for money.

Location is good, near to many street arts, eateries, and many bars, suitable to those who love night life. And the staff is very friendly. Hard to find parking. There is no water in the morning the day i stay, so is very inconvenient, luckily I only stay for 1 day, overall recommend for a short stay.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from all the street art and great bars/restaurants. The room was basic but clean and was good value for money. Would definitely stay here again when in Georgetown Penang. Only suggestion would be to add a small mini fridge in the private rooms.

A man named ****** at the front desk was rude and impatient. He might be the boss, otherwise a staff member would never point at a guest and yell at him. When I first arrived, my phone was only 0.1 cm thick and had no power. I asked him to take me upstairs. After several times of talking, he was very reluctant to take me upstairs with a shrug (I was afraid that the phone would run out of power at any time and I wouldn't be able to see the passwords). Later, because of the room change, I was unhappy. I said that I came to check in at 3 o'clock and asked you to give me a quiet room. You didn't refuse at that time. But the fact is that you arranged me to the end of the corridor, farthest from the water room and the bathroom, and the window next to me was a bar or a cafe, which made me unable to rest. Why? He and I kept arguing and shouting and swearing. Later, I left, and he kept saying come come provocatively. After I went over, he used the translation software on his phone to tell me: "You can cancel the order and leave here immediately." It was pouring rain outside. Let's not talk about whether the service is good or not. Is it still **? It's completely different from the Indians I met in India. Those people are simple, kind and enthusiastic. Since I can hardly speak English, I got help from many people along the way to get here. Because of the performance of this front desk, I lost confidence in the next trip. No matter where he comes from, if his words and deeds lower the level of civilization of this place and make it return to barbarism and violence, he is making money without conscience and should be ashamed of it. The picture shows that when he asked me to leave, it was raining outside.

The room is good, clean, new, minimal, has a kitchen to use. Sufficient bathrooms, need to get more.

This is a normal ascetic option. Very good for an overnight stay. The location is great. There is a kitchen with a microwave, cooler and some dishes.

Location and price are OK, but the room is too small
