Refurbished hotel with all-new furnitures & good ambience. Good location within city center & many attractions nearby. Simple yet nice breakfast. No swimming pool or gym though.. good for quick getaway (we came here to attend kenduri).

The hotel is new and tastefully decorated and the staff were helpful and friendly too. While there were several shops nearby for eating and shopping, there' was also loud music coming from across the street because of the hawker centre or nightclub nearby. Overall, I'd sat it's not too bad for a short stay as the room was clean and they also provided a simple breakfast.

Newly renovated hotel with clean rooms in the heart of georgetown, highly recommended for location, however, breakfast menu needs some improvement.

Hotel room is nice clean and new but the towel is musty… Overall is nice experience.

Love the design and cleanliness of the hotel since it's a new hotel in town. Breakfast also so good. The only thing that the hotel should add is trolley to bring out luggage or stuffs to the room. They are not providing it, so we need to bring all stuffs by ourselves. Otherwise all are good

Kids, this place is like a dormitory. It's 12 o'clock. For security reasons, the outside gate is locked. I should have told one of the two, either the hotel staff or Trip.com, but they didn't, so I went to do laundry that early in the morning and couldn't go in. I had a hard time dealing with Trip.com. It was terrible and the security guard said that he wasn't there that day, but the security guard was sexually harassing me. It was 5 minutes ago. Really haha. It's like this. The location is good 👍 There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and it is convenient to many attractions. The service staff are very friendly, and the environment is clean without a strong smell. However, the toilet in the room is a bit dirty and may need to be cleaned more. The room I stayed in for the second time was quite big and well-lit. The bed was soft and I slept well. However, the soundproofing was not very good. If someone walks in the corridor, you can hear it. If you are not afraid of people making noise, it is very suitable to stay. The elevator is old and a bit dark. .
I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Penang, but I hope the hotel can provide combs.
