A clean, cosy and modern room on top of a row of heritage shophouses, comes with an equipped kitchen, a dining table and sofa couch. The washing machine is a plus! Location is great as walkable to many Michelin-recommended eateries. Can be rather noisy at night when cars passed by.

Great location! Lotsa great food down the streets and it is just a stone throw away! The hotel reception Irfan checked us in. He was nice, humble and pleasant. Same goes to the rest of the reception and housekeeping staff. Clean, doesn’t have any funny smell including the fridge and washing machine. Water pressure is good too!!! Overall, we had a great 5 nights stay at this hotel. 👍🏼

Very spacious and a good place. Comfortable beds with plenty basic amenities.

A nice and clean Appartment in a central Location. You can reach everything you need with a few Minutes walk. Helpful Staff as well. Opposite is a Food Stall which plays Loud Music until Midnight, with a baby sometimes annoying. Otherwise a good Option. The Bakery nearby is a must try.

The room is large enough, with one bedroom, one living room, and one bathroom. There are also convenient facilities such as a washing machine, induction cooker, etc. The location is also very convenient to various scenic spots. Most of them can be reached on foot. The only drawback is the sound insulation.

The room is on the side of the road. The sound insulation effect of the windows is poor. The sound of motorcycle engines on the road is very loud. I can hardly sleep at night. I can only fall asleep by taking sleeping pills every day. I am woken up by the sound again in the morning.

Good location, unique experience

Busy street but very well located to reach the many attractions near the place. Staff very pleasant. Easy check in and check out. Daily room cleaning services. Comfortable beds. Very clean bathroom. Large fridge freezer with kitchen facilities. Walking distance to Chulia Street, Chowrasta Wet Market, Komtar, Penang Times Square, Prangin Mall Shopping Complex and 1st Avenue Mall

The washing machine and big fridge is convenient for us needing to store lots of water and does our sweaty laundry! Highly recommended! The noise from the main road is tolerable. No complaints about that. Overall, we had a good 5 nights stay at this hotel. 👍🏼

Amazing location and super convenient to walk to all the famous spots. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, rooms come with basic amenities and washing machines n dryers which are super convenient. Been here few times and would return again, no issue with noice from the street at all.
