The location of the hotel was great.... right next to Gurney Drive.... things in the minibar is free to take .... I would stay in the hotel again ...

It takes 15 minutes to go to Komtar from this hotel. There are two large shopping malls near the hotel. The staff in hotel is proactive and polite. The facilities in hotel is great, including the lobby and the room. I like the infinity pool very much! The hotel also give us a cake as we celebrate our wedding anniversary here. Overall, I enjoy the service in the hotel.

Staffs are polite and friendly, bkf & dinner spread are good & nice. Awesome hotel, will stay again;)

I love the simplicity of the hotel & its a stone away from Gurney Plaza. Will be my go to hotel next time visiting Penang.

Great hotel very close to the malls offering buggy transfer if needed but close enough to walk. Hotel staff are very attentive and friendly always willing to offer assistance with a smile. A special thanks to Jordy at the rooftop bar and all the barstaff and rooftop management team for your excellent service.

Adequate services and facilities with convenient location

Had a one night stay and it was very comfortable. The rooms was very clean, very friendly staff,. very convenient location in the middle of 2 great shopping malls Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. Both are just 3 minutes walk from the lobby. The concierge staff was very friendly and helpful. When our airport taxi was caught in the heavy traffic jam and unable to pickup us from the hotel, the concierge arranged a cabbie to take us including luggage all the way to the G hotel Gurney, so we could conveniently get in to the cab and go to the airport. The gym was great and rooftop swimming pool was nice too. The gym also had a steam room.

Pool is good. Service is prompt and even serve you ice cream upon arrival. A bit annoyed because the smoking area is right at entrance and beside the pool, please do better such that smokers do not disturb the other guests.
