The hotel is close to shopping malls and eateries. The room is clean and comfortable. The wifi and aircon are very good.

Budget hotel. Small and old. The rooms were stuffy and aircon not so cold. Good location but will not go back again

It was my first time staying in this excellent hotel. I'm so happy, feels great and wonderful while staying 2 days st this hotel. The room was very tidy, clean and perfect. I was intended to extend for 1 more day. Unfortunately I have to go back home. I will definitely book this hotel when I visit Penang again..

Hotel location very near to the town. Walking distance. But the parking 1st come 1st serve. Hotel is clean.

Pro: Location good! Hotel has limited parking for guest. Water dispenser is at the walkway. Con: bad sound insulation, u can heard baby crying at night. Room 107 has good water pressure shower but 108 water pressure very low.

Wifi is strong. Air con ok. Lots of food stalls nearby but close early. After 8pm most of the food stalls or coffeeshop closed. Opposite have foot reflexology slightly costly, try another if in budget nearby.

Grand FC Hotel Georgetown is good location, clean, comfy and good value. There is a hot & cold water dispenser on each floor. Besides that, WiFi works well, car parking space provided.

This is a decent budget hotel. I'm satisfied staying here with a nice parking space, clean room with window and bathroom. They provide drinking water dispenser as well 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Location is good.. Recommended!! I'll return to this hotel again.

Hotel is nice, however I highly recommend to change or move carpets in the corridor - they looks terrible and at first glance spoil the impression about the place. Rooms were clean, bathroom is new, hot water is very good. That is a pity you couldn’t open the windows, we have a view on the nearest building roofs, looks not bad. We had a problem with AC, cause it works from extremely cold mode, to slow fan and the worst it was located in front of the bad, so if you switch it on for whole night - you will be ill in the morning, and the room is in the sunny side, so it is quite hot during the day and night. I don’t know how to be with that, we choose to move one of the 2 twin beds to each other, it helped not so much :( now i have a problem with my throat. The hotel use new technology of check in, but a little bit strange to check out from the same room if you want to extend your stay. Price in the hotel too high, better to find good offers online.

I love the hotel so much !! The staff are so friendly. The place are so nice. Untuk yang nak pergi travel dgn member and nak duduk hotel murah but nice you can go here !! Sumpah best. Sekeliling hotel banyak kedai2 yang famous takyah susah-susah bayar grab. Jalan kaki je weh terus sampai.

It is convenient to have dinner around there

convenient and close to a lot of food places, supermarket, and bus station. Provide parking space fir customers yes the room is basic, but they’re kinda spacious, comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you need. i also love how they provide water dispenser and iron board in the hallway. above all, the room rate cozy and comfortable to stay
