I think it’s a very good stay in the centre of Georgetown city. Clean room with amenities provided. Feel like a home rather than a hotel. Good shared area too. Recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Good location. Need to put deposit RM100 when check in. Room ok, good for 2. Do manage your expectation on the room space as the hotel based on old shophouse. Cleanliness ok. But the house keeping very doubtful, as no room cleaning during my 3 days 2 nights stays. This need to improve, don’t be lazy housekeeping department!

The location is good for the food stalls around. The room was good but compact . The staff were really helpful , Dicky , Sutharsan and Aravind were polite and helpful . If you are driving parking is a problem. There was no carpark however we went around looking for a carpark a few times .otherwise the area is good and I like the hotel . Customer service the best

A quaint hotel recently refurbished so the amenities are quite good in a location that has many restaurants but unfortunately has a night market beside it with quite loud music to late at night, I would especially avoid the rooms at the back. The staff were perfunctory. there is a "no shoes" policy so beware that you have flights of stairs polished wooden floors. The rooms are small so you have to be judicious in unpacking and arranging your items. Water filter on the first floor is a great asset with hot and cold water.

-Location hotel ok! -But hotel just normal. Interior only modern a bit -Hotel room and toilet small! - comforter and towel not really clean i think. I got bite by something. Bed bugs or not sure what.. Make my skin so itchy!! Hotel please take this seriously. I paid not cheap u know! - aircond so noisy. Hear like engine turbo in ur room.

Nice stay. Close to the centre of the city. Room was clean and aesthetic . Will definitely come again .

1. Only 2 parking lots are available 2. There are some stains on the pillow cover and the table 3. The photo does not match the physical one

The whole hotel is very clean and warmly. The family room is opposite the main hotel and we will need to have the keys to unlock the door before we can reach the room. There’s only 1 room in the building and the rest is storeroom. There are a lots of eatery beside the hotel and they are all within walking distance.

I guess book the room with view would be perfect than book the deluxe window room. Deluxe room has a window but without sun, not sure if this is the reason caused the room has a smell when we open the door and the towel smell stinky too. Besides, the phone keeps ringing but there is no one when we pick up the phone, in the end we plugged out the line during our stay. And you have to take off your shoes before walk up the stairs to your room. The good point is their location good, walking distance to 1st avenue and a lot good food around the area.

Staff is friendly and provides us information what “Can” and “Cannot” Do. It located within walking distance to all famous Penang Food and sightseeing in Penang. Outstanding Room design and set up was impressive.

did not have a pleasant stay at the hotel. the room light switch was broken, we had to sleep with the lights on. had to remove our shoes before entering our room. tv was broken as well, couldn’t watch any channels. air cond was hot.
