In the middle of the night, a small cockroach emerged from underneath the wall near the head of the bed. I tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer. I’ve attached two photos : Photo 1 shown cockroach as it continued to move around the wall. Photo 2 can see the wall is none. Additionally, the window in the room was damaged and seemed at risk of falling off, posing a serious safety hazard. No wonder a curtain to cover. Lastly, it’s important to note that there was no information in the booking details about needing to walk up stairs to reach the counter. This is crucial information that should be communicated to guests.

Good location, friendly staff, Clean and neat with free private parking lot

Pro : - Staff was friendly and helpful for your stays. - Location was great and located near every travel spot in george town and bus terminal. - Near the shopping mall and shops. - Very convenience for public transport. Con : - There are some stain on the wall and shower room. Its look like lack of maintenance. - Toilet cannot flush on the first night but staff was helpful. - Its look like lack of maintenance on public facilities.

I loved how it made me feel at home when I was at the Hompton's! Whilst I did report on some areas that needed to be attended to for my stay, customer service was top notch!

Good thing is provided parking. When get into room have no good smell.

The interior of the hotel is nice, the food is good.. but something to improve is the sustainability of the building and and facilities in the hotel..

Sound proofing is very bad and you can hear banging all night.. not ideal for light sleepers! Basic hotel (no toothbrush and toothpaste provide and I didnt asked) but have some kids play area at reception. Check out strictly at 12pm. Will not be returning!

Location close to the street market and famous cendol. Car park is at the back street without signboard at front hotel which might leave people stunned if this is first visit. People is smoking at the room corridor which is not tolerated. Don't smoke at indoor! Sound proof bad, and the bed is not really comfort.

TRULY DISAPPOINTED

Location is very near with de best place such as pasembur padang kota,jeruk pak ali,deen maju nasi kandar,museum food and etc. The lobby very kind and comfortable with child because have a some playground.for the first time i have enter the room got smelly and its not good for bath. I hope can more alert about room cleaning for future.and should state the sizing room in website/online because personal view is small than see in figure. The receiptionist need to more learn/upgrade how to serve guest during check in.Totally, i can give 3/5 star.

the “has window” is like toilet window, can hear all the noise outside, probably nearby hospital, ambulance siren’s is loud and quite often. the indian lady at receptionist should be more welcoming. I felt like a bad choice choosing this hotel. Parking wise, first come first serve. if you lucky like me, should be no issue.

I won't stay in this hotel again - every little details they can do better but they decide to ignore and make it worst 1. Room clean up, never replace toilet paper - it's run out 2. Check in time 2pm - we check in at 4pm (2 extra hour for room cleaning yet haven't done, the reception lady ask us to wait for 15 minutes and she went off. Then the next lady took over her, I wait at the side for 15mins and another 15mins in front of her. She never ask what's my request and how can she help? What's wrong with the service attitude? 3. Only issue 1 access card - if you have more than 1 people, all the people need to follow you because go up the lift is accessible only with access card. Very inconsiderate arrangament. I ask whether can give extra card, another male staff say it is what it is. 4. Parking instruction never take the initiate to send to customer before hand 5. Car park road condition as bad as it's off road like in the forest. Probably forest road condition is better off. All these request and point to note is possible but the service level is severely worst experience I ever had.

Great location. Great hospitality. Chilled laid back place. Enjoyed the cafe.
