Although the photos and reality were different, the window-less rooms were still adequate for comfortable staying. We stayed for 3 nights in a level 4 deluxe double room and level 3 double room, all ensuite with bathrooms. Due to the lack of exhaust fans and windows, the internal bathrooms can cause dampness and a smell but that was ok for us. A pet friendly Guesthouse (many of our neighbours had dogs but they were very quiet and well managed). Now managed by 3 service staffs who do everything. A retro but working games machine at the ground floor was a delight for my kids. Free laundry & dryer and a simple fitness corner are useful amenities. The highlight is actually the location of this guesthouse - within walking distance, there are numerous dim sum outlets, night time street foods, noodles shop, bakery and a sports bar just across the road. Will stay again, anytime, for my next visit.

I stayed at Kim Haus for 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay. I didn't expect much, so i find it great when the staffs being nice and friendly The location is great, many food stalls and convenient stores. I walk 10 mins to get Nasi Kandar imigresen, and 4 mins walk to get the bus stop to get you everywhere.
Even if i use Grab Car , the hostel is easy to be found.
The thing that they need to improve is probably the room. It's actually clean, but since the room has no window, the chance for mold and fungus to grow is high. My nose is sensitive, even if the aircon is on, I can sense the smell of mold. Also need to improve the floor of the bathroom, water couldn't get into the sewerage because of uneven floor. That's it.

Free laundry station for those staying and a small gym floor. An a good cafe downstairs.

the hotel is monocrome theme, at there you will view the hotel inside is so aesthetic layout. the room are so nice, good for 2 person. i got minimalist room with a private bathroom. here is also pet friendly, so i will back here soon bring my pet again. the location of the hotel are tourism location, there is have so many beer store but it also near with komtar, padang kota, familymart, 7eleven.
